"This school will get as much money from you as they can. The dean plays favorite cards and will only follow the handbook for some students and let others do whatever they want. This school did not prepare me for real world nursing and I wish I would have spent my money elsewhere. Some of the teachers can be kind and others make it very hard to pass and it seems like they just want you to spend more money retaking classes. Labs are almost impossible to pass because of how hard they grade. Good luck if you go here."

"There are a lot of negative reviews, and I really don't understand why. There is online tutoring and in person tutoring. I was consistently receiving texts, emails and phone calls from staff and faculty to check in on me and offer me countless resources. Whether it was for class, financial aid, or scheduling. I have never been to a school that reaches out and helps as much as they have. Most staff were friendly and helpful. I went to Sullivan from 2015-2022. It really seems to me that most people caused their own ruin and wanted things handed to them. Its college, not elementary school."

"The sullivan nursing program is an absolute JOKE. Especially MONICA PRESLEY, she accommodates only the people she likes. If you email her you will likely get an email back filed with attitude and rudeness When you go through the admission process RICK MCARTHUR will tell you all kinds of FALSE information that you will found out about later. The entire school is a joke. I do not recommend one bit"

"The radiology tech program is an absolute joke. Would request tutoring from the professor/program director and received none. Was told to sit in the room and play with the equipment. That was my "tutoring" Following quarter was taught by professor that did not teach. Each class was basically hang out day. Issues brought up to same program director with nothing being done."

"I earned three degrees from Sullivan. My time there spanned from 1994 through 2005. Like all schools, there are good instructors and not so good but I had more good than bad for certain. Overall, I feel that my time there was productive as I ended up in a CIO role. I’m glad I attended."

"This is the worst university ever especially for international people. Management team is a bunch of racists. If you are an international on student visa do not go here. Teachers are sweet but the management is just unprofessional, rude and careless people. They will take all your money and also terminate your SEVIS without any notice. Within hours your whole career is upside down."

"I would NOT recommend the Doctoral program online. Courses are very intense. Trying to teach and learn statistics online is extremely difficult. I did not get the support I needed due to COVID 19 so I had to withdraw. I received a nice bill for $3550.00 and a few harassing calls to follow up on making a payment. I am very upset with how my situation was handled. I would not recommend this school for online learning programs."

"I feel the Masters Program was run very well. I had no difficulties and my degree has helped my career significantly. The staff was always courteous and helpful to me and many of the instructors really went out of their way to help me. Overall I had a great experience there."

"Absolutely do not recommend this school. They took away the Bachelor's program during my last 2 quarters there and NO ONE is willing to hure you with just an Associate's in my field. Not only that I've been told over and over again that I have a bunch of pointless graphic classes that wasn't needed by potential employers. The career services ignored you until half a year after finishing my program and they begin spamming my email with surveys about how my "new job I got with my degree". Starting at IUS and none of the credits was transferrable so I'm pretty much starting over. Finally, I was assured I would not owe anything out of pocket all throughout my time there yet upon completion of my degree I was told I owed them a little over $2000 because I "graduated early" but then told me I graduated on time. This place is a joke."

"The career services are not reliable source for job connections. It's hard to even get hired from the college I graduated from. I have asked for help and I feel like they dont care, because they don't reply to my email and they act rude in person. They look at me and never greet me. I paid alot of money for poor service."

"Dont give Sullivan University your hard earned money! Teachers are great but administration is just out for your money. Theyll make you feel like family until youre enrolled. I feel like a sucker that got scammed. I regret enrolling and not listening to those who tried to tell me."

"Instructors are all wonderful and professional people. However, the rest of the school is pretty disappointing. Staff has let the school/housing become run down and a little depressing. There are NO good activities for students to be involved in, and the school lacks a sense of community or pride. Staff is very rude and unhelpful a lot of the time as well. Sullivan provides students a professional email that they said would last for life. A few years after graduating student's emails are deleted and people who paid thousands of dollars are no longer allowed access to Sullivan's resources. The teacher's are great, but all in all not a pleasant experience. Would do it over differently if I could."

"I've seen alot of negative reviews of Sullivan on this website, but alot of them are all focused on issues normally caused by the students themselves. Pursing a degree online is challenging, and you shouldn't expect people to hold your hands. Are there teachers who are a little sub par? Sure, but that's with any university. From applying and having meetings with my student coordinator I was put in the right place easily. All the information needed to succeed is always available, albeit you may need to look for it. The classes in IT are very thorough and provide a wealth of knowledge. In the end it's about researching and knowing the curriculum and formats of the classes, it's all laid out on their website."

"HIGHLY do NOT recommend attending Sullivan University. When you think youve paid enough on your tuition, they bump up your pay without you knowing. Also, Ive been paying on time for a bit 7 months now, and they neglected to inform me that Im not paying enough, so instead of paying $259 a month, I am supposed to pay $1,500 a month. That will screw your over badly. For your sake, dont get yourself in this mess."

"This school is primarily out for your hard earned money, financial aid, tuition assistance, and any other funds they can get, and are not really worried about the students. I have been to a major university as well as another college , and both schools may cost only a little more or less than Sullivan University, but somehow I end up having to pay out of pocket, but when I went to the other schools there was money left over so that I can buy my books. I needed my transcripts from there and I paid 10.00 for an UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT not official, but they still charge 10.00. I called days later to see if I can pick up my transcripts and nobody knew where it was. The records room manager R. doesn't care and also has a bad attitude instead of trying to resolve the issue. She told me to call another department which I did , and they didn't have it either, and said I need to speak with R. again. You pay for something, they don't know where it is, and just tell you they don't see it nothing else. Never again."

"At first this school was pretty good I liked it for the first couple of quarters but then realization hit they are only money hungry. When I applied back in 2016 I wanted to be a medical student but I missed one question on the test and was put in the medical office after being in the field and watching everyone around me be a medical assistant I was told by one of my "peers" that the medical office was not being funded anymore and will have students paying out of pocket now to keep the program running I met with academic advisor which had told me originally that it was true so then they switched me into medical administration find and dandy till it messed with my financial aid and I was later told that there program for medical office was OK and they are Recruiting new students every day in the field!!!! I was so p***** that I just said s**** it and dropped out bunch of c*** it was I would not recommend this school to anyone not even my worse enemy"

"To be honest to be a private school its actually terrible, high priced I have seen better campuses and more put together... to be honest the school doesnt offer as much as you would think as a private school... I went through this school because I was told it was great but in reality they arent..."

"Once I was enrolled, no one wanted to help me with anything. I took all online classes and all of my instructors were lazy and unhelpful. One instructor didn't even grade any of the assignments until week 5. The one specific teacher that i had issues with is Patricia King who graded 2 of my assignments at zero, claiming that she did not see that the claim forms were filled out. Not to mention the fact that the way the assignments were uploaded to Blackboard was dumb and most of the class had to reach out to her about not being able to complete it. She refused to help anyone, advising to reach out to the IT team. The IT team at Sullivan, in my case was unable to help me with this. When i told her, she was still no help. I reached out to the director of online affairs at this point who stated that while he didn't agree with the way she handled the situation, this is what i should expect from all of my online instructors. I then reached out to her director who never responded to me. Finally, i called IT again who had to send her an email and tell her how to look at the assignment. I then, after 3 weeks got my assignments graded. Then on other assignments got an 88%. When I asked her for some feedback on what I was doing wrong or how I can improve, she directed me to the grading rubric. I told her that I looked over the assignment and the grading rubric and felt like I had met all of the requirements and I was wanting her feedback as to why I was graded at an 88%. She then sent me the grading rubric and no other response. I then wrote her director again, asking her for a meeting. Her response was that the assignments were graded and saw no need for my email. I explained to her the entire situation and she never got back to me. I then went to sign up for my second quarter of classes, only to find out that she is the only instructor to offer one of the classes i needed. I emailed the director of online affairs, again, asking about the class and if they expected anyone else to be teaching it. His response was that I would have to deal with that instructor at some point. Basically telling me to get over it."

"Future students, do your homework. I know a young lady who worked at orientation and figured out Sullivan was not a good fit. She was fired. You will hear all the positive, you will be given the great spin on everything. Before you sign the dotted line go out and ask five graduates their true opinion. Don't take the admissions people who are under pressure, don't trust review sites. Some are written by angry people or Sullivan yourself. Find five actual graduates and get there opinion before you sign those papers."

"This school is a complete joke. It's all about getting your money. The financial aid people can never get it right. There are slim pickings of classes. The good teachers have already left. Classes you need are never offered. There is no college life. They charge for everything. They charge lab fees etc."
