Degree: English
Graduation Year: 2008

Attending GWU has been an amazing experience! GWU is somewhat diverse because there are many international students drawn to our Nation's capital. The dorms vary based on the location some of them are really modern, but others need some repairs and renovation. Campus meal plan is pretty good. The campus is very much urban, which is exactly what I am looking for! Its boundaries lie around the Whitehouse in the Foggy Bottom neighborhood. GWU provides a great academic experience for politics-oriented students, great professors, great campus location, and access to great internship opportunities around Washington.

Degree: Paralegal
Graduation Year: 2017

I received a top notch education at GW. The professors were phenomenal and even though the courses were online, the classes are set up to where you feel like you are sitting in a classroom with everyone. This program was very difficult, but definitely worth the journey. I have learned how to look for and find answers to very difficult topics. The professors went out of their way to help the students learn. I definitely feel prepared for a great career in law.

Degree: International Relations and Affairs
Graduation Year: 2004

Right in the middle of Washington, DC, mere blocks away from the White House and State Department, GWU is the perfect place to study International Affairs. The location gives students access to incredible extracurricular activities and resources, such as foreign embassy events, but the school itself also goes out of its way to the bring the world to its campus. Interested students are even invited to get involved in events such as foreign policy colloquia. Faculty are experienced, informed and responsive, as are program advisers. Of course, when students need a break from studying, the campus is a also a great place to hang out and make friends. Dorms are comfortable and community oriented, and the campus offers varied and interesting events of all sorts all year round.

Degree: Communications
Graduation Year: 2011

The George Washington University is an excellent choice for undergraduate admissions! With it's location in the heart of DC, the culture is unbeatable. Plus, all students attending for 4 years get to live in DC during a US Presidential Election and Inauguration, which is a priceless experience. Course and academics are incredible and you will have a leg up from other students who do not get the outlet of DC in their fingertips.

Degree: International Relations and Affairs
Graduation Year: 2014

I felt that the Elliott School of International Affairs was an excellent institution for me to receive my education in International Affairs. I had the opportunity to learn from professors who were professionals or had been professionals in the subject they were teaching. For example, my International Economics, Finance professor was a consultant at the World Bank. This was invaluable to me as a student.
