"Choosing an online university was a very hard decision for me. I struggled with finding a school that was affordable, as well as unbiased in its reviews. After much consideration I chose to go with UMA; and not only did UMA provide me with the opportunity to choose the degree program of my choice, but it also gave me an accelerated option in completing that degree. All of the faculty and staff members that I have had the pleasure of meeting, have been absolutely wonderful. Based off of my experience as a student here at UMA, the school is a total God send. The vast majority of professors here work around the clock to make sure that each student can be successful their class. I have yet to come across a Professor that has not responded to me within a day. They make the online process work for people like me who struggle with the balance of work life and family. UMA is the best decision I have made in my adult life, and I would recommend this school to anyone seeking to further their education."

They are very understanding if you have school work that is late. I have had the best experience at UMA and have even been thinking about taking another course. Thank you UMA for all you do."

"I am highly disappointed in this school. I have two degrees and a college certification from here, and I am unable to get a job. I applied for Voc Rehab from the military, and when they saw that in had all the accolades I had, and still wasn't able to land a job, it was then that I learned from the career advisors it was because I didn't complete an internship. WTF?!!! All this money wasted, and can't get a job because I didn't have an internship?!! My friend, who also attended this school, through my referral, got an associates degree, and was able to get an excellent job because she was offered an internship. She went from making $14 an hour, to being chosen for a managerial position, that would salary her for almost 55k. Meanwhile, I'm being offered cut rate a** wages for $10 an hour, because every position I apply for says that I don't have any experience under my belt. I am f*** pissed. I feel like I wasted time and money. Why wasn't I offered an intern?!! I am very angry. The only services I was offered was resume services and interviews, where I was denied anyway. I would definitely not recommend this school."

"UMA is by far the best college ever. I have attended two different colleges and the difference are very noticeable. UMA has a great support system for an individual to succeed in their academic goals. An individual is assigned to a support person and this individual is there for you every step of the way. It does not matter if you are having study issues, personal of health your counselor is there for you all the way. Wither it is for listening, referrals, or just support they make the difference. In fact, I would love to acknowledge my counselor who is out of this world Rubie Rodriguez. Without you, I would not have made it this far. Thanks for being there in the worst and best times of my schooling.Even the virtual library has great videos on how to do anything within your career focus."

"From the beginning the experience was amazing for me. Everyone I have been in contact was extremely helpful and kind. My academic advisor was very instrumental in my success. They kept me focused and rooted in my studies. The program itself was very manageable with my already busy life. I would say that you will get out of this program what you put in it. It seems that they have made virtually impossible to fail if you put in the work. Best decision I have ever made!!!"
