"I love UMA, what they have to offer, the great advisors and knowledgeable instructors. I love it UMA so much I am going to have my adult daughter start taking classes thru them as well. The only thing I don't like about UMA is their Finacial Aid department. I have never gotten a clear answer ab out anything from that department yet, I don't know why almost everyone I have talked to seem irritated when someone wants to know anything more than filing for your financial aid. And if you really don't want to have a straight answer, just ask when you will get your part of your student loan. I figure this statement alone will delay my payment by another month or months from now."
