"DO NOT BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!!!!!! This school is awesome you don't have to start paying on your student loans until 6 months after graduation unless you want to start paying sooner. If you want your disbursements then you have to call and ask for the remaining amount and they will send it to you. The staff is great and very helpful in everything. They are not all about the money they actually care about your future and help prepare you for a job and interviews and with your resume. If people are leaving negative reviews then they obviously wasn't doing something right. So don't believe the horrible things you hear about this school. I am a review person and if I have a bad experience I will be the first to let you know but this school absolutely wonderful I recommend to anyone. I actually have a friend of mine who chose this school as well and she loves it. UMA ROCKS"

"This school is a scam I completed my first course all the way until the last day when they suddenly canceled my enrollment "for financial aid" but instead of letting me finish my last test they said that I would have to redo the whole entire course if I wanted to re-enroll so they let me attend for 5 weeks of school and made me pay for a whole entire course when they canceled me I did not ask to be canceled and then tried to get me to retake the whole entire course that I just took absolutely ridiculous they made me file my taxes over 16 times it was a runner-up no one could answer me no one could tell me what was going on and they just kept transferring me it was the worst experience I have ever had in my life I was getting all A's in my class and I was super excited and then this I will never again try to do school online I will stick to local schools"

"My decision to attend UMA was based entirely on my desire to become the most educated and prepared medical biller possible. UMA is dedicated to providing all of the training essential to student success in the medical profession. The instructors at UMA are some of the most caring and compassionate people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They truly care about their students success, and continuously go above and beyond to make themselves available to their students for support, both educational and personal. I am a two - time graduate of UMA, and I will always return to UMA for all of my secondary education needs."

"UMA was the first college I attended after 20 years. Programs are phenomenal. After I graduated, my Career Advisor set up 9 interviews for me in one week. I received a job offer the same week. The staff is amazing!! Thank you all for such a wonderful experience!"

"I found it very difficult to get any assistance when I needed it from advisors or teachers. I found several of the teachers to be bias to their own opinions; meaning they would not accept another person's argument that was persuasive. I am now working in a call center as a health agent, that is soon going to be out of yet another job due to open enrollment ending. I needed help with the certification exam and did not receive any until it was too late. I am still paying back students loans for an 'education' that is useless."

"From the moment I started my journey with my admissions advisor to the the very last day i spoke with my Student Advisor, my experience with UMA was wonderful. They are always just a phone call or email away and sometimes even a text. They helped me with all my questions; issues if any with financial aid; the teachers were very helpful and willing to help you grasp the subject you were studying. The mock interviews were a HUGE help especially being your first time in the medical field. They helped me prepare for interviews and even helped me with getting my current job where i have been for almost 2 years. I wish I could go back to UMA to further my education into a RN, there is time still to do that. I hope that those that choose UMA have a great experience just as I did."

"I was working for a large retail company when I married my husband. I had been interested for some time in Medical Coding. Well he convinced me to quit working so I could put 100% of my time on school. I treated it like a job, got up and started at 8 stopped for lunch and finished at 5. I held a 4.0 GPA all the way through my courses. I absolutely loved going to UMA. Everyone from start to finish was there to help no matter what the problem. I was six weeks from finishing my Associates Degree in Medical Billing and Coding when my career advisor called me and told me he had the perfect job. It was all I requested close to home and part time. I really didn't want to start work yet but he (Moe) convinced me to go to the interview. I went to the interview and was hired that day. The part time only lasted for two weeks. I work full time as a billing coordinator for six offices in a major home health company. I even went to Tampa, FL and walked across the stage to receive my diploma. UMA is an amazing school. You can't go wrong attending whether it is the ground campus or online. I have recommended UMA to several friends and anyone else that asks about my degree."

"I couldn't have asked for a better college! From the moment I applied to my very last day I was always in touch with my student adviser or my professors. I am a wife and a mother of two kids and after being a stay at home until both my kids were in school full time; I decided to go back to school. I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted to do but I did know it was going to be in the medical field. After research and a personal reference for Ultimate Medical Academy; I made the decision that changed my life. Two years later I had my Associates degree in Medical Billing and Coding. You want to take charge of your future; you want opportunities even after you graduate. I highly recommend Ultimate Medical Academy. They're still to this day helping me find a job after I recently relocated. I promise it's one decision that you'll be happy you made."

"I took an online course from Ultimate Medical Academy and am very satisfied with the school. They were very helpful and always there when I needed their help. I would recommend this school to anyone. The only problem I have with my career choice is that employers want someone with experience and a person cannot get experience if they can't get hired. It would be good to have a training program after graduating."

"I am so happy that I chose UMA to further my education. I was a 4.0 GPA all the way through and I am considering going back for my medical administration bachelors degree. I was also a student ambassador for the school. I would change a thing about them. I recommend them to everyone I talk to when someone else is looking to further their education in the medical field. I love everything about UMA and the staff."
