"Ultimate Medical Academy is a great institution. The online program (Health & Human Services) definitely ensures that every health care professional is equipped and prepared for a career after graduation. The advisors and instructors are hands on and they assure me throughout the courses that they are always available for questions and/or concerns that I may have. My advisor is great and motivating me and encouraging me through each course I take. It’s has been amazing experience that I will never forget."

"When I decided to go back to school I knew UMA was the right fit for me. The people here are encouraging and will help you in any way possible. They offer many services to help you with course work as well as with your career. They even help with finding a job for you after completion. You are only required to attend three days a week which was ideal for my life. I would recommend UMA to anyone who is looking to further their education."

"The actual learning part of this school's online program was amazing. The student Advisors were a bit clingy, despite me telling them I do not do well being bothered. I never missed days, and I graduated with a 4.0 GPA. It wasn't until I was enrolled in their nightmare-inducing department they call 'Career services' that I realized this place may, in fact, be insane. I have had four different 'advisors', and have been talked down to, offered jobs that I did not even remotely qualify for, and dealt with the most asinine and unprofessional people I'd never even wish on my worst of enemies. This place has countlessly placed me in for jobs without my knowledge or even in a city I could get to easily. They have even sent me into a job interview knowing I did not have the proper licenses to work there for a potential job, just to be laughed out of the place. This school needs to be reviewed with a fine tooth comb and see if they're even worthy of being considered a school. At this point, it feels more like wasted time and effort dealing with their mind-numbing stupidity."

"I'm not too sure what to say about UMA. Everything started out great and then went sideways. I have also even caught several of the advisors in lies, but now that I'm in, I'm in. When I first started UMA, I began with the Human Services Program. I went through some life events that caused me to postpone my education, but quickly went back. During my re-enrollment, I changed majors and graduated in October 2018 with my diploma. I didn't want to stop there, so due to a new job I had incurred, I decided to just continue going and get my Associate's degree in Human Services. I was put through a cat and mouse chase with trying to continue my education. I was given a new student advisor who stated to me on more than one occassion that I should not change my majors and just graduate with my degree in the current program I just graduated with my diploma in because I was only 2 classes away from the degree. So, me thinking logically, I agreed, thinking that I would graduate with my degree in that program, and still have pretty much all the credits needed to still obtain my other degree. So I completed the "last 2 classes" in January 2019, and to my surprise, I get an email about the 2nd week in February alerting me to missing assignments, attendance violation, etc. Come to find out, I still had 8 more classes to go to get my degree in that program which was pretty much close to the same amount of time to complete the degree I wanted. So now I complete that course and have my paperwork fixed to where I can get into the correct program in April 2019 (was supposed to be February 25, 2019. But there is a catch here as well. I specifically told my new advisor (3rd one since November) that I did not want to take classes that DID NOT pertain to the degree that I wanted to pursue. She reassured me twice that the classes I am currently enrolled in and the other I had just completed were needed for the other program as well. To my surprise, the classes are NOT included in the degree that I want at all. So now i'm pretty much paying for classes and an education that I do not want, on top of them wanting me to pay out-of-pocket."

"I enjoyed my time at UMA. The instructors were nice and reached out with concern when they thought I might fail a class. My academic advisor was helpful in explaining things like the tutoring services if I needed them. Currently, I am dealing with my career advisor who is helping me to find a job. Yes, I would recommend this school to friends and family."

"This school has been a blessing for me. You get out of online classes what you put in. The staff have been very helpful, but I will say that there were some that need more social skills. I truly have nothing bad to say about the school. If you plan on going back to school online, I would highly recommend UMA. Don't join though if you are not equally balanced within yourself."
