"No job placement career advisers don't contact you or help look for work this school just out to get your money. I wouldn't recomment this school to anyone. Unless you want to have alot of student loans and no career. I studied the billing and coding I mean the courses were easy and basic but after graduation you will still be unemployed."
Hailey Wood - 7/25/2016

Hi Tonisha - We have two teams dedicated to assisting UMA graduates in the job search. These teams gear up to work with graduates as soon as their program is over and they will continue to work with graduates even years later after their first, second or even third job. We are still here waiting to work with you, and we would like to encourage you to reach out to us, even if it is for just a five minute long conversation about what we can offer. If you would like to see our gainful employment and placement statistics, you can visit https://www.ultimatemedical.edu/student-information/ and to speak with Career Services or Alumni Career Services, please either email me at social@ultimatemedical.edu or contact 888-216-0535 or visit https://www.ultimatemedical.edu/student-services/career-services/.

Graduation Year: 2013
"I only had one instructor who knew anything solid about the nursing field and was able to convey that to the students. Their admin staff and "upper level" instructors are a joke. If you are not ready to teach yourself absolutely everything, then you should go somewhere else. I agree with independent studies, but when a student asks a question and the instructor has no answer...every time...I start to get worried."
Ashonta Johnson - 7/21/2016

Hi Amanda Sorry to hear you did not value your instructors within your program. If youd like to speak with someone about this further, we are always willing to listen. Just let me know (email me at social@ultimatemedical.edu.)

Graduation Year: 2016
"Unfortunately this school is extremely rude. I got called unprofessional for asking not to have 8 calls texts and emails in less than 7hrs. I was also called unprofessional because someone called me and because I couldn't hear anything more than static they texted me stating I was unprofessional. The call center you speak too laughs at you when you have a problem, you get the run around and when asking for management.. It's a joke! Over priced and RUDE!"
Ashonta Johnson - 7/21/2016

Degree: Medical Billing & Coding
Graduation Year: 2012
"The course were very interesting and challenging; however when it came time for the school to help me find a job as promised they were not there for me. I aced the exam. Every time I called career services to help with the tools in finding a job no one was there. Too many promises and deliveries. Would not recommend this school to anyone. I have since found a job in another field. The loan was a waste of money,"
Ashonta Johnson - 7/21/2016

"Some of the people that work at the school don't understand that you have a schedule and don't call when they say. Other than that my degree has gotten me into a job that has been my "foot in the door". You can it expect to leave school and start making a lot starting out. You have to start from the bottom and make your way up. The courses I took really did help me to get to where I am."
Hailey Wood - 7/13/2016

Amanda - We're so glad to hear that your education at UMA is the factor that helped you to land the job and that you feel that your courses are what helped you to get where you are today. We strive every day at UMA to provide our students with every tool they will need to succeed and the support they need to make it through their first day to their interviews and on to their careers. Congratulations on all of your hard work, you made it. In regard to your request for our advisors to call at a certain time, please be sure to ask your advisor to add this as a note and they should comply.

"UMA is the best college i have ever attended. The coaches, instructors and advisors were so helpful. My career program was a phenomenal one. At UMA they are concerned about you, not just your career. It was a smooth transition for me. From beginning to end. I would recommend my friends to attend there. I had no issues at all, getting into the Academy. My experience with UMA was awesome. I plan on going back to get my associates. All i can say is UMA is the college of today!!"

"I started school at UMA in may of 2016 and so far I love my classes. They're not too easy but they aren't too hard either. I love my instructors. The only problem I have is that I can't ever get ahold of my student advisor for any questions I have . I always catch her machine which I always leave a message and never get called back. They never call me to see how I'm doing . other than that, ultimate medical academy is awesome. And the person above who said its not an accredited school, where are you getting your info dude?"
Hailey Wood - 7/7/2016

"Waste of time! The company you work for will train you On their operating system, none are the same! Having your certification is enough! The classes were not challenging at all. The Book was very helpful regarding the industry, the classes were irrelevant."
Hailey Wood - 7/7/2016
