"I liked it. It's a rising star in the law school world, so even though I am a small town local girl, I had classmates from all over the country. It was extremely competitive, but I feel that I got a good education, if not realistic expectations about the job market."

Yes, the students are competitive, but not to the point of taking adverse actions. The competition merely manifests itself through studying and on exam day where the other student will simply just outwork another student not cut corners or make someone's academic experience difficult. Additionally, the social life at the law school is a lot of fun and events are constantly being held within the law school, down on the strip, or even in conjunction with other graduate programs. Overall, a fantastic law school environment and experience that prospective students should seek out to see if our school is the right fit for you!"

That is what I love most about UA. The community at UA is also exciting. The "up and coming" area of Tuscaloosa is transforming this former "college town" into a vibrant city. As much as I love UA, there is something to say for the lack of diversity. I do believe it is getting better, but racial and ethnic groups are still very underrepresented in this area. As no school is perfect, however, I have been very pleased with my experience thus far and am looking forward to continuing my education."
