"The online nursing program is trash. The professors are unhelpful. They offer no help in finding any clinical preceptor sites. You are essentially teaching yourself and turning in busywork. I am in process of trying to transfer out of this masters program and into a different one."

"UA's English program has fantastic professors, but the downer of the program is the people in it. I'm pretty far left but the people are so liberal to the point it gets toxic often and people are afraid to speak out. The reason I stay is for the program itself and the support they give their students. It's possible to find your people, but sometimes you have to look hard."

"My experience so far is one of pride that I have been able to be apart of my university. The dedication and hard work that has been put into my two years so far has allowed me to succeed in many ways, as well as increasing my self-development skills. The university is a great place to study and I would suggest it to anyone."

"I highly recommend The University of Alabama to any student. Being an out of state student who knew no one when I first got to campus, I had the opportunity to meet so many new people and some of my very best friends because of all of the campus involvement available to students. I loved my major and my advisors always made sure I was on track with my classes and internships."

"I attended The University of Alabama from 2015-2018 and received a degree in Management Information Systems and a Global Studies Certificate. I had a very positive undergraduate experience because of the immense academic support, excellent business school, and myriad of extracurricular activities. My academic counselors were excellent and willing to give me academic and personal advice. They were easy to contact, and happy to help. I enjoyed the rigorous business and technology classes that the business school and college of arts and sciences offered. Being a part of the Honors College, Blackburn Institute, and a Resident Advisor in the on campus residence halls helped me stay involved and make friends and connections during my time here. I definitely recommend visiting The University of Alabama if you want a well-rounded college experience."

"I greatly enjoyed my degree program because it was personally tailored to me and my interests. I got a Bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Studies with a depth study in Arts Education. After joining New College my sophomore year, I was able to custom fit a program to my needs since the University did not have a set education program that focused on arts."

"If i could i never put any star for this program. The grading is bad and the teacher don't help you. the communication is very weak and they make you to fail at least two courses in order not to issue verification statement. At the end you pay 30k for nothing."

"I am finishing my senior year while subsequently beginning my graduate degree in the journalism program at the University of Alabama. By far my favorite thing about the department is the emphasis on internships and real-world experience. I have already worked an internship at The Tuscaloosa News and two campus magazines. I also love that most of my professors have been media professionals, so they know the business and what students need to succeed as journalists."

"Overall, my experience at Alabama was amazing. My degree was in the arts and sciences department and every class was fulfilling. I enjoyed the different schedule options, one on one support from professors and there were so many jobs on campus to help me pay for school. The only drawback I will report is dont have a balance on your student account cause they will let you participate in the graduation ceremony but you will never receive your diploma or transcripts if you owe them money. I graduated in 2014 with two degrees and I have never seen my diplomas because I owe them 4600$ Im trying to pay it off but its hard to accumulate that much when Bama is also charging interest on your school debt."

"While the University of Alabama is an excellent institution with many valuable resources for current students, sometimes it is easy to get lost in the sea of 40,000 students. I found it quite difficult to receive advising for scheduling, internships, and career resources. I became involved in research based on my own initiation and was not recommended by any advisors, even though getting involved in research was vital for my success in psychology during undergrad and beyond."

"The University of Alabama has a stellar accounting program, and my decision to go to Alabama is the reason for my success in starting off my career. Alabama has rigorous coursework, that prepares you for accounting internships, which are vital to starting off a career in accounting. though the classes are hard, the resources are plentiful and there is room for everyone to succeed. Alabama has strong connections with accounting firms all over the world, and beginning Freshman year students have an opportunity to start building connections with the professionals from these firms. I did 2 accounting internships, both at international firms, and I owe my success and job offers to the accounting program at Alabama for preparing me and giving me the opportunity to make the connections I needed to get my dream job out of college. I am now going to Alabama to pursue my Masters in Accounting so that I am able to get my CPA and start in public accounting full time."

"The BSW program at UA is very special and unique. For the past 2 years I have not only grown academically, but personally as well. Whenever I needed help I knew there was someone to turn to at my department. I have been afforded the opportunity to work in the community, and network with other professionals."

"Professors are highly knowledgeable and experienced in their fields. Many professors are focused on combustion and engine research and are highly respected in these fields by their peers. Additionally, the department collaborates with many companies in industry on research projects. The graduate school is also very supportive and puts students first. The environment facilities the growth of students in all areas so they may be better prepared for their futures."

"The University of Alabama is a great school. I thoroughly enjoyed all that the Capstone had to offer. The School of Education is great as well, I felt like the classes to prepare me for my degree were helpful. However, during my time in my degree's specialized courses, the program was working on hiring new faculty and we had multiple adjunct professors. I do not feel that the courses were as beneficial as the practicums and internship experiences, however those were very beneficial to the teacher I am today."

"Excellent school, staff, and students. Teachers go above and beyond. They make you want to come to class and learn. They also believe in an "open door" policy, which makes it easy to access them for questions, concerns, and help. Also, the school is big on traditions and has an incredible alumni, which proves that it is an amazing school."
