"School is what you make of it. Grantham is not Harvard, but if you're self-motivated and put forth the effort , you can earn a degree and learn many new skills that may help you in your career. I've used several of the topics covered in my business courses in my work. I have no regrets with attending Grantham."

"This "school" is a joke. Please don't waste your money at this place. They honestly don't care about the students, and only care about their profits. It's widely considered a joke in the real world, and my company refuses to even include it in their tuition reimbursement program for that very reason. If your only goal is to earn a worthless degree that will not further your career, without actually learning anything, then by all means waste your time at Grantham."

"Grantham's degrees are accepted at most major companies and the government, and experience to go with it helps. You may get questioned on the school, but if you have semi-relevant experience there shouldn't be a problem. For the most part you will be working on your own. If you require extensive time with an instructor to be shown how to do something don't go to Grantham. The instructors have been good when I needed them which was not often. In the lower level classes like the 100 and 200 levels you will come across poor grammar, cut-and-paste, and seemingly dim-witted people. As you progress to 300 level classes it gets better, and in 400 level classes it is more professional with small class sizes. In fact, I took a course with just me in it. Get used to writing a lot of papers. The learning style is pretty much self-taught. Financial aid and advising do what they do. Some are good, some are bad. I didn't attend to get refund checks, and if there was ever a problem the fin-aid crew would take care of it quick. The courses have gone through a re-vamp, so some people may get stuck on the older plan which required more credits or different classes. That is what happened to me. For a working adult needing to get ahead this can work out to be a good school. If you already have a job within an industry a Grantham degree can work."

"First I would say find the job and employer you wish to work for, the ask HR what accreditdations are accepted. If you plan to wotk overseas, I do not reccommend. Reason being it is only nationally recongnized. Next student advisors are only there to monitor your attendance. I was VA (veterans) paid so requirements there means i have to log in so many times a week. That means Grantham will not get paid if i don't log in. So naturally they will call most urgent. When I finally recieved my degree my employer had to verify my degree for the job I was hired for. After many calls to Grantham University, they got tired and stopped trying. I called plenty of times myself. Moving on, I finished in June but did not recieve my diploma till Aug. no valid reason why. During my classwork one instructor gave me a C when all my assignments were at 98% to 100%. I did not understand that but the rest of my classes brought in a A or B. One instructor took one of my essay assignments personally and missed the entire content of the assignment and made me do it twice. Said it was plagerism, when I just made up some bull crap and sent it in. I was surprised that someone else managed to write the same bull crap before me and legalize it. Other papers I copied and pasted and recieved a A. So it was hit or miss. After a while I went to course hero or chegg and all answers were there. Thats when I noticed it didnt matter what I turned in just as long as I stayed active in attendance. Vererans Affairs paid out about 68k just be ause they had to, Grantham took it all and smiled. Now the degree I have sits in a brown folder, mainly because Im black and around my area of town they dont like smart black people. I have been on jobs requiring degrees and find out that many of the employees there dont have them and got hired for skin connections and who they know. I get hired for mechanic positions with my high school diploma paying 20.00hr and get offers for bachalor degree jobs paying 12.00hr. So whoever read this review, if you are military and need VA money every month, this wont work. The GI BILL pays like 536.00 for 9.00hr online, and about 1600.00 for 1.00hr actual classroom time. Grantham will not endorse you to attend another school for that one hour to recieve your full payout. Im a rather smart guy and only went to college to see how America treats vets with degrees. Well they dont really care about you. Most wont even ask you if you have a defree. This applied to me and maybe you different. I challenge any black male, prior military looking for a good job in Texas or most southern states to try to invalidate my review. Good luck guys and be forewarned check out the giant list of regionally accredited schools prior to submitting finanical aid or veteran benefits. Do your homework, and if you still choose Grantham and not plan to become an officer in the service... There is more space under my review and I look forward to reading yours."

"If it wasn't for me not wanting to quit this time around I would have been withdrawn. This school is setting students up for failure. As long as they receive their money they don't care if you have the tools you need to succeed. I am still waiting for my financial aid to be process and I am in my second set of classes for the term with no aid to pay for my books and this is my last two weeks of class. But the school is paid so they don't give a damn. So unprofessional and I can't wait to transfer my credits if I can and move on from this disaster. Don't walk run from applying for this school."
