University of Central Florida it's rank high among many states because of the quality of their programs and their knowledge of current career demands and hands on training required to be successful in the marketplace. I love the environment, most instructors are amazing and I was so pleased that I am currently enrolled again and doing my Masters online.
With over 60,000 students enrolled, the University of Central Florida is, of course, a large university, but aims to always foster a strong sense of inclusion. At this school, you will not get lost among the numbers! In an academic sense, especially as you begin classes in your major, the classroom size is great for learning. The instructors are professionals in their field and have an abundance of relevant knowledge to pass on to students, in addition to what you learn in the classrooms. The courses required for my major provided me with many of the resources needed to excel in my career. In terms of campus involvement, there is always activities going on! From the sports to campus activities to greek life, there is definitely something for everyone here. UCF allows you the opportunity to get a great education, make lifelong friendships, and always have something fun to do.
This University has a lot to offer, but it isn't easy to work with at all. Everyone that you will look to to answer your questions will have skewed answers which makes it very difficult to know whether you are on the correct track or not.
The Rosen College of Hospitality Management at UCF has given me the confidence to expand on my dream by welcoming me by multiple means. Returning to school has given me a wealth of knowledge making me a more educated and well-rounded individual and I appreciate that the faculty feel my working experience can be beneficial to students in my program. Being a role-model and leader has set me apart in allowing me to pursue other foundations for service than the traditional learning path of students not coming from the workforce. There is never a time when one stops learning, and I know there is always more to recognize in the profession. Because of my relentless drive to succeed and my desire to learn, it is my desire to better serve those who will be put in my care and be an example to others that follow my footsteps. I wish to continue giving my time and experience to others in the hospitality field, so that everyone’s service encounter is “giving the world the best you have” and have “the best come back to you” by giving to others that best I received!-Madeline Bridges
I recently graduated from the University of Central Florida's Rosen College of Hospitality Management and couldn't have been more thrilled with my experience. Studying in the heart of hospitality allows students to learn from leading industry professionals. Internships and real-life work experience are right around the corner and employers are eager to hire students from Rosen.
