University of Florida Reviews - Bachelor's in Nursing
If you can choose another nursing program please do not choose UF. The professors do not want you to pass and they overload you with work. The exams are impossible to pass and the teaching methods are horrible. There are only a handful of professors that want you succeed, the others make it impossible.
The University of Florida College of Nursing went above and beyond in order to prepare me and my fellow classmates for the demanding, yet rewarding field of nursing. As a practicing Registered Nurse, I feel confident in the care that I provide to my patients. I am proud to be an RN and even more proud to call myself a Gator Nurse! Because of the education I received from the University of Florida and the experience and confidence I have gained by working at UF Health Shands Children's Hospital, I am excited and honored to be advancing my nursing education and career by attending the Masters of Science in Nurse Anesthesia program at the University of South Florida this fall.
Go to office hours. Go to sporting events. Make new friends in class and have study groups. Being naturally smart helps but college was where I finally struggled a little and really had to learn how to study. Have fun! You will make mistakes but don't let them define you
Being a gator is amazing if you feel like you can thrive at a large school!
UF is an amazing school to go to with so much to do and state of the art facilities, classrooms, and labs. Professors are wonderful and the campus is so beautiful.
