"I recently completed the computer programming certification program at Phoenix. While Im nowhere near a developer, the great thing about the program is that it introduced me to basic programming principles for several different languages. If youre looking for in depth studies in computers such as research programs etc, I wouldnt recommend Phoenix. At least in undergrad you will only get a taste of the things your studying. The important thing to understand about Phoenix is that its big boy/girl rules. You have to work on your own without much guidance. There will be no one to encourage you or remind you to do your projects, its all on you. Many students arent used to an environment like this, but thats how it is in the workforce. Im planning on taking another program with the school in the near future for Cuber Security."

"My counselor screwed up my paperwork for finances. When I finish all my classes then I found out my classes was not paid for. He told me the only way to get my degree is not only pay my students loans but had a huge bill to thousands of dollars to the school since he didn't turn my paperwork in on time. His response was "oh well you have to pay it if you want your degree and have 30 days to pay it or it will get turn over to a collection agency." When I told him I cannot pay he said go borrow it. This was a waste of time and money. This school is a job. Do not waste your time going here. You will be better off."

"Personally, I can say that going to this school is a waste of time and money, not to mention the Financial Aid rep was a joke and a liar. After explaining to us all the cost of tuition and what our grants and student loans would be able to cover, I felt comfortable with the school. They give you this free trial "Class" to see whether you like it or not. Sure, they make it fun and interactive, but this is what draws you in. Once you're in your first paid class (GEN/195), all of that goes downhill fast. The amounts the adviser had given us were complete BS. It wasn't until I had finished the first class and started my second when I was told the amount due on my balance thus far.$1702 for one class who's credits don't even transfer. I learned nothing in that "Class" and I was forced to pay out the ass for it. I understand that they're a private college and are in the business to make money, but this is the biggest scam I've ever seen. If you have the means and are looking for a BS "degree" that will get you nowhere, be my guest and go there. Otherwise, I wouldn't join this school again if someone held a gun to my head."
