Large enough that you can make it anything you want it to be, not so large that it doesn't feel tight nit. I wish I could have never left.

The University of Virginia is a fantastic school. The professors and array of classes are great and provide an opportunity for each student to really explore their options. The best part about the University, though, is the social atmosphere. With over 700 clubs and Greek life, there is a spot where every person can fit in. No matter what your interests, there are others that have similar interests and will work alongside you to help you realize your dreams.

You meet a lot of people and make a lot of connections. You figure out what you plan to do for your career, though this decision sometimes is difficult and you have more opportunities and an easier path if you make it sooner than later. Classes can be difficult but you learn a lot, and you have a lot of free time so you have to know how to motivate yourself and manage your own time.

UVA is a great school with great professors and a very driven environment. It was definitely an adjustment getting used to the caliber of work that the institution demands, but UVA taught me how to do research and think analytically.

UVA is a great school that is very academically challenging but offers all manners of social and personal benefits outside of the classroom. The professors and students are top notch and work hard to maintain their edge. The students are very much of the "work hard, play hard" mentality, providing a stress relief from the academics. Overall, the atmosphere of UVA is very open to all walks of life and everyone can find a niche in which to thrive and find themselves.
