"I am a current student, and the Criminal Justice Department is GREAT!!! However, the Sociology Department is a mess. Required Courses are not offered online regularly (as claimed). I was forced to take major requirement courses by special arrangement or prolong my degree because no teachers taught it online (even though offered as a totally online degree)! They cost me more money because they can't keep their end of the deal and provide what they sell."

"Westfield State University is a beautiful school and I will have great memories for the rest of my life. The classes sizes were the perfect. It easy to build relationships with faculty. When I was about to graduate they were making a lot of changes on campus to better the school. The only thing I did not like was the location."

"Westfield State University is a small university with a big heart. The faculty is amazing and truly committed to your success and career. With recent upgrades during the past few years, the school has improved their buildings, food, residential halls, and classes. Westfield State University is home away from home."

"I'm currently enrolled and taking courses for my Master's and after that I may look to receive a doctorate. I still believe college is worth attending. There are positions that don't require a degree, yes, opening doors to more positions within the organization but moving up the ladder in that way isn't a guarantee and can be rare. Most high level positions require a 4-year degree at minimum to qualify for a position along with working experience. Your best bet is to receive a bachelor's at minimum and to be sure to work and/or intern during your college tenure."

"I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY EDUCATION AND LEVEL OF INSTRUCTION RECIEVED FROM MY PROFESSORS. SMALL CLASS SIZE MEANT EXTRA ATTENTION TO THE INDIVIDUAL. FOOD WAS GOOD, DORMS OKAY. WOULD RECOMMENED IT TO ANYONE."

"WSU, especially the Nursing Department, has incredibly dedicated teachers that will do everything in their powers to 'help' you learn! When they 'see' the light bulb go on and the student get's it - you can literally see the joy in their faces! If you ever are struggling, they dedicate their extra time to helping you - they never leave you. I feel such a special bond to my school, and if they decide to make a Master's program when I am ready to move on in my Nursing field, you better believe I will be going back to them!!"
