Salary and Debt by Major at San Juan College

We calculated a salary score for each of San Juan College's programs by comparing program-specific median alumni earnings to median alumni earnings for the same program across all schools that provide this data. This way, students can compare the relative salary strength of a specific major at San Juan College to the same major at other schools. A school's overall score by level is based on the school's by-program performance weighted by student enrollment in each program. Data is sourced from the December 2020 release of the U.S. Department of Education's College Scorecard and reflects median alumni debt upon graduation and median alumni earnings in the year after graduation for students who received federal financial aid. Debt and salary numbers are shown rounded to the nearest $10.

Never going to be licensed tech 10/28/2020

There are plenty of one star reviews on this program, but I would really like to urge future students to really take these into consideration before thinking about attending this school. Many of the reviews state the program is easy enough until you get to video courses and I could not agree more! I have been working as an assistant/technician for 5 years and the requirements for these videos is absolutely ridiculous, it truly seems they WANT you to fail. They aren't realistic at all. It has caused so much... Read More

Your Uncertified Friendly Neighborhood Vet Tech 7/14/2020

Please, please, please. Do your future self a favor and DO NOT sign up for this program. The first few tiers are manageable and relatively well organized, but the video courses are designed for failure. The expectations they put upon their students are not realistic and do not test them on their veterinary technician skills, they test on your ability to follow instructions and making sure that everything goes perfectly, which is an extremely impractical expectation for real life. If you don't do one thing... Read More
