"I can only say I'm embarrassed to have ever gone to BS (pun intended) but I was in need of a job after a divorce. I hoped this would be a good way to re-enter the job maket after being away for a while. What a mistake.. The teachers were consistently bottom of the barrel, unprepared, indifferent, and willing to lower the standards to get a higher student review. The only well run department was finacial services. I decided after two semesters not to waste any more time there. The only thing I learned there was never to hire at BS student for my own business."

"I am actually still a student at the Hampton, Virginia BSC campus and I must say this is one of the best colleges I have ever been to. I have attended about four other colleges before BSC and I was never motivated to complete a degree program. This campus is literally like family. My husband and I both attend full time and we have literally made BSC our home. The financial aid advisors could be better but student services is wonderful, they are real, honest, and really help you figure out the best educational path for your planned outcome. All of the credits I have obtained at other colleges have been utilized in one way or another. Many non-program related were placed as electives which really helped with a fast graduation date! I am so excited to be completing school with a BBA in General Management but will be sad to leave all my friends at BSC!!! I highly recommend this school. BTW kid college is great as well! They literally leave no reason for an excuse not to finish school. They have thought of it all!"

"Go to a real college. Your credits will not transfer! The instructors lack the knowledge to educate sudents. Instructor messed up final by implementing incorrect answers."

"Before being pressured into going to this school by the Rep, I considered a different school and really wish I had. First SOME of the instructors are probably rented off of craigslist because they don't teach. You walk in and you have to guess what your suppose to be working on. There are some good instructors. I had a harassment problem with one of the administrative rep because she was jealous..  I went to hire up and wrote a letter to the HR director after she continued to tell students that I "told" on her.. EXCUSE ME?? IM PAYING FOR THIS!!!! Needless to say nothing got done and I still have to see this woman everyday at school. Yay for me! Its got to the point of being so uncomfortable in the classrooms because the whole school now knows and they talk amongst each other. 14 consecutive days you miss you're kicked out of school. Yeah I go every 13 days... SMH"

"Yes Bryant and Stratton is expensive, Yes the work is hard, Yes the instructors have certain expectations of their students. And sometimes the FA department messes up. But on the other hand don't go to a school if you feel it is too expensive, if you are not going to apply yourself like you want to succeed, if you don't want the instructors to care about you and push you to do your best. If your concerned about your Financial Aid keep track of it yourself , talk to your FA counselor. Lets be adults and be responsible for yourself. I go to Bryant and Stratton and expect to graduate this Spring what I don't expect is for someone to land a job for me. There is no promise that they will "get" you a job. Will they help you look for one? Will they help you practice interviewing? Yes they will. I am not going to say that I have had all positive experiences. I have had an instructor who made me cry but I got over it, I've had an instructor who was horrible. I complained to my advisor as did several other students. But you know what I have gained? A sense of accomplishment and pride. College no matter where you go is what you put into it. Don't expect a free ride. For the first time ever I am a 4.0 student because I worked for it. Really worked hard. I can't thank the instructors enough, even the bad ones. After looking at several small private colleges I'm glad I went to B&S. Overall it has been an awesome experience."

"I didn't even graduate from this school and I owe $16,000. I believe some of that is because financial aid made a mistake and went by my parents income. I was 22 with a child at the time. Even if they did not make a mistake, this school is overpriced and the jobs they get you, if any, don't pay enough. It's not worth it. I finished at a better school where financial aid covered 100% of my tuition."

"Financial aid office needs to be better. Call or contact students if they need to bring papers in before registering, and not a week before"

"I decided to go to Bryant & Stratton for Nursing because the program is about 5 semesters with immediate placement into the program of your choice as long as you pass the required tests to get in. My general studies were great, no problems. The Nursing program is a nightmare, the professors are above you and will not help you learn anything you don't automatically pick up. They say you can get help at their Learning Resource Center, but some of the best instructors have quit! It's only open Tuesday and Thursday! I have a minimal part time job and can still barely pass my science courses. The director of the science department has not been helpful either, she is very quick to judge you and will tell you everything you have not done right and offers zero insight into getting through the courses. I would never recommend this program to anyone. I hope that when I finish I have enough confidence left to be a great nurse after they strip it all away."

"I will start by saying, THIS SCHOOL IS WHATYOU MAKE IT!! Bryant & Stratton will not spoon feed you. You have to work. The teachers go out of their way to help the students who they see helping themselves. You have to work for it. I have been here for three semsters. My grades are moderate and I try to keep the lines of comunication open with my teachers. So far it has worked in my favor. Its a great school and Career services is wonderful>"

"The nursing program should be an online course as the teacher are no help they don't know the material themselves. Lecture is reading off a power point with no more information to better understand the material being lectured on. If help is needed you are referred to another book to buy. The teacher have the attitude if you pass great if you don't oh well. What happened to teachers caring. These teacher should be certified to teach, know the material themselves, and have compassion for the students they are instructing. Do not go to this school they make the students feel they have no self worth."
