"Johns Hopkins University offers a wide variety of concentrations within Biotechnology to help students personalize their education to prepare for industry. Because of the variety of concentrations, there is always an extensive list of electives students can take at two campuses or online. Although I cannot speak to the online courses, I know the overall rigor of the program is on par to other programs at Johns Hopkins."

"It is a great university, especially for studying international public health. I really enjoyed all my classes there, and I thought the material and the professors were top notch. I wish I had been able to attend the school for longer."

"Johns Hopkins University is one of the top US universities for a variety of fields and majors. Of course, the School of Medicine and the graduate biomedical sciences department for which I am part of as a student and technician are well known. The undergraduate program is one of the more competitive and rigorous programs in the nation, but with the rigor and standard comes the preparation prior to entering the job field or further education. The name brand of Johns Hopkins University is difficult to undermine and is the top school for which I would recommend for anybody looking into both the undergraduate and graduate programs."
