"A complete waste of time and money! I graduated from Ashworth in October, 2019 (tuition paid in full). It's now February 5th, 2020 and I have yet to receive my degree. I've called Ashworth's student services numerous times only to be told, "It can take a while." I was also told that Ashworth uses an outside company that is responsible for printing and mailing out degrees. However, Ashworth will not provide this company's name or contact information. Therefore, students have no way of knowing if and when these diplomas are ever printed or sent. At this point I'm convinced my degree will never arrive. Thousands of dollars wasted."

"Ashworth is an affordable online college that will give you a degree if you persist through the program, however, be aware that Ashworth is a very unprofessional choice for online college. I have been through so many unnecessary problems throughout the 3 years that I have been enrolled that it has gotten to the point of complete ridiculousness. Every other book is back ordered and will take sometimes many months to ever get. You are only able to have 2 courses open at a time so when those 2 courses are finished, you have to wait an amazing amount of time to get papers graded and returned to you to be able to move on. This causes you to take much longer than expected to finish your degree. My degree took at least 6 months longer than I planned it out to be because I was simply not able to move forward because I was constantly waiting on their end. This is very frustrating when you are trying to move into a career where a degree is mandatory. The staff who answer the phone do not care one bit about your frustration and are very unprofessional."

"The school appears to be everything at first, until you start having to deal with the unprofessional BS. Seems that every book is on back order even up to 8 months, if you purchase your book they wont reimburse you, also they tend to lie about how much the cost of the program is and keep going up on your tuition. Now if you can get the tuition paid everything would be fine but thats the hardest part because they keep sending you a prior semester lease to sign before the previous is paid off going up on your payments... that's their scheme to get more money and make you say forget it."

"I loved this school and have recommended it to a few friends that are also enrolled. You cant beat affordable monthly payments , work at you own pace schedule (very convenient for working parents) Easy to use. and I have always found that customer service to be very helpful."

"I'm very disappointed with Ashworth College . 1. I was told that they were regionally accredited to find that they are not. Which makes my degree worth nothing in my state and credits are not transferable to Universities regionally. 2. Tutors appear to not know anything and offered NO assistance. I was told that they are not there their to teach help students when they are stuck . that they assume the student nows what they are doing. If this was so we wouldn't need school. 3. They are always adding fees 4. As for studying at your own pace, that's false . semester's have a set time for.completion 5. A lot of the staff is rude and unhelpful I'm will NOT recommend this school to anyone. Its a rip off"

"I was for the most part happy with my experience at Ashworth College .The last two years was the best. The first two years were not great. Many years ago I had to wait about two or three weeks for a course to be shipped and I couldn't move on until my paper was graded. But presently they have made improvements that are much better than years ago."

"I found the textbooks to be informative and easy to understand. I worked steadily in order to finish my degree and assignments were marked on time. The cost was good because it included books and I didn't have to worry about sourcing them myself. But, the international posting of the books always caused a delay. My bachelor degree has been accepted in Australia and I intend completing my masters as well through Ashworth."

"I would say that I have been having a great experience with Ashworth College. I'm going to graduate very soon I still have only 10 more courses to go which I'm planning on finishing them this year. Although I haven't graduated I've been sending out resumes to schools to test the water, schools seem to be pretty impressed with my qualifications and they're accepting towards this degree from ashworth. before I started this early childhood education degree I had already finished a bachelor's degree in psychology with an on campus college so I think it would be fair for me to make comments on Ashworth while I have a comparison. in terms of the quality of instruction I think Ashworth has done a great job it is not much difference from the instruction I received from my on-campus college. assignments guidelines are clear. is easy to know what should be filled in. content of courses are thorough you receive to help you get through your exams assignments. Support is always available by phone calls/ emails. the system is very easy to use it gives you a very good flow for studying. you always know what to expect during the journey. I've learned a great deal of knowledge in education from ashworth. I never understand why people keep saying that Ashworth is a scam. I think this happens to all online degrees you have to work hard in order to get the results no one is going to push you or make you do things you have to be very self-motivated when enrolled in an online course. is true that Ashworth is not regionally accredited but with the popularity of distance learning, nationally accredited degrees of the department of distance education have become a lot more acepted 70% of ashworth graduates are able to transfer their credits to regionally accredited schools. I think the result is absolutely worth the price. The price is extremely affordable as well. It basically provides a lot of people with the opportunity of finishing college because of the price and the flexibility. I would recommend ashworth to those who are self-motivated and proactive. because no one is gonna sit around and tell you what to do you have to do things by yourself independently in order to make achievements. i would not recommend it if you're trying to get into a masters program of a top university afterwards. However for career and regular further study ashworth would definitely be a good start to the path."

"The academic portion of the program is challenging but the books and lecture notes are very useful. The program is quick and it allows you too move at your own pace. The biggest issue is the student support services. They do not like to return calls or emails with regards to your transcripts. They take avery long time to evaluate and you will end up calling to fight for credits you have already earned at other schools. This is the part that really irritated me the most. There is no one to complain to when they mess up and you are told there is no one to complain to other than who you are speaking to on the phone. I have never heard of such a thing. You are not able to send a email to complain, ther is not a person who is held accountable for questions that wre not answered wrong, and there isnt an address to write to either. This in my mind makes this operation a mom and pops stand with no integrity. Again the academics and speed might make it worth your while but dont expect any help and look foward to answers that go unanswered. If this review was based on student support services and customer relations I would give it zero stars."
