"The program is very thorough. I saw another review that was bad. Its like the millionth one. I agree with some of these reviews that say the reviews that are bad are usually from people who are having problems on the phone or with their payments. Because once you actually do the course it is great. Very structured, well put together. My wife is in the Medical Billing and Coding. She loves it but says it needs a bit updating because TRUMP being in office changes alot of this information. He has taken away many programs. It just needs to be updated, we notice the dates mentioned are 2010-2014 and 2015 in some cases. Needs to be current. Beyond that, it is an inexpensive school, a good school and we are happy."

"Some of the reviews about the college you just can't listen to or believe. Saying a phone operator from the school was rude, is NOT reviewing the course. It is reviewing a person in a call center. That is not a review of the school. If you have criticism about your courses, the lessons, or computer stuff, that would seem to be more productive. You get out what you put into this."

"I called BEFORE I signed up for the program and they told me that they would help me find an externship for the program. I called last week since I am close to completing the program and now they're telling me they don't help place for externships. I had to throw a fit to get put on a "list" that they were going to try and help me find a place. It has been three weeks and I haven't heard anything. To add more insult to injury, I submitted a paper 13 days ago(they say they grade within 7 to 10 business days) I submitted a ticket to have this looked into and still haven't received my grade. It isn't worth the money when you've been lied to."

"Will not help with internship placement or job placement. Big waste of time and money. Internship hours are required for certification which they wont assist. Hospitals contract with schools for internships. We were lied to!!! The course work alone will not land you job in this field."

"Well I completed my program 1/25/2017 paid in full the only thing I hate is you have to find your own place to get your certification. So what if you can't find a place to get your certification or a place to volunteer at I would of lost a lot of money. Now that I've got hired through my job I have to now retake the course I hate I paid it off so fast now . They need to provide training sites as well that provide hands on"
