Chamberlain excels at student support and resources. You get an overall feeling that everyone wants you to succeed, and they will stop at nothing to get you there! Read More you really cannot go wrong with Chamberlain (Columbus Campus). The reputation of this particular campus within the local hospitals speaks for itself.

BSN (transfer) Nursing Student. Chamberlain student since January 2020. What I like about Chamberlain: -The admissions process was fairly easy and I had A LOT of assistance in ensuring every step was complete. -Able to transfer credits -I am a Phoenix campus student. I enjoy the facility, break areas, free popcorn in the lounge, and the small campus. -My courses for the entire degree program are mapped out. This makes it very easy for me to keep track of my progress and to graduate at my expected... Read More time. -There are SO MANY resources. There is a help, or app, or person, or email, or something for everything! It can at times be difficult to navigate so much, but there is help available for every need I have encountered. -Each class so far has different interactive learning assignments. I find the assignments fun and challenging at times. Some are required homework but others are just for extra practice. Things I do not prefer about Chamberlain: -Tuition is expensive. There are not scholarships or grants given by the school. At previous Universities I attended, I earned scholarships for my GPA and test scores. There are resources available and information regularly sent out that directs students to available scholarships and grants from third parties (like ones funded by hospitals, governments, or organizations). Of course, federal grants and loans are available as with other schools. -Limited Instructor choice. I have had a professor that I had issues with, but the professor was the only one that taught the subject, so I was unable to change instructors (Each session, we are able to review each course and instructor). -Quality of instruction varies. I have had amazing Professors at Chamberlain, but also a couple that didn't seem very current in their education but relied heavily on their professional nursing experience and opinions. I value my professors experience and what they can contribute to labs and clinicals. In a classroom setting, I expect every professor to be competent and up to date with information and what we are learning.

DO NOT go to this school. It’s quite possibly one of the worst decisions I have ever made. Not only could I have bought an amg Mercedes with the money I paid but I would of received better treatment at the dealership. Ask 4 employees the same question and you will get 4 different answers. The staff is useless. The advisors ARE useless. 4 days to return an email? A week to return a voicemail? (If you get on). I ask you to please learn from my mistake. Let me tell you something about this money grubbing university. I am in so much debt due to this so call university. I got in and was told I did not need any math classes; however, day 1, I get a call form 2 of their so called counselors and was told, oh wait you need a math class despite us accepting the credits from your previous school. I had a credit that was coming to me from financial aid. They knew I didn't need this class and that I had this credit. I was told that if I didn't take the math... Read More class, I couldn't move on to the next 8 weeks without it. I asked how does this make sense that now you are not accepting my math class? New rules, this gets them the credit that I was to receive plus a fee that "should cover the class" I was flabbergasted. It just didn't make sense to me. This school is tied to my job, i"ve made several accommodations to attend this school and every time I turn around a financial aid adjustment has been made. The discount covers NOTHING. This place is nothing but a money scam. You will pay3 times as much as any other school around. Do yourself a favor, do your research and attend another more reputable school.

Please do yourself a favor and if your passion is truly the Nursing career DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL!!! I had the worst experience ever. From being discriminated for my ADHD learning disability, to having certain professors put me down and make rude and prejudice comments about my ADHD. All they are about is academic integrity, but are the ones violating their own policy and have nothing about honesty in them. Some professors are truly amazing at this school and will give their all for your success... Read More and understand that all students have a stressful and keep the students motivated. Other professors don't care, but care about the money and failing students for fun and throw them under the bus without feeling any type of remorse if the students are having a difficult time. What your told at the beginning upon signing up to this school its all lies. Please if you want to succeed in the nursing career and have a motivated/ compassionate and understanding nursing school experience DO NOT ATTEND THIS SCHOOL.....Read all the reviews on this school and you will see how inconsiderate the staff at this school is, starting from some professors, including the president of the school herself has lack of empathy and lacks the WILLINGNESS to show compassion. PS: They will literally make you feel like they are playing like clowns Juggling balls with you education and money.
