"This is not a bad college, and I have nothing bad to say about the staff or the faculty. My academic advisors are helpful, engaging, and friendly and I have been very grateful for all of their help. Every professor I have had has been great. They are flexible with turning assignments in, and if you have a legitimate need to turn in an assignment late, they are very accommodating. This really is a college that helps active, working adults with families and other obligations earn a degree. Here is the problem, their tech support team, although very friendly and kind people, do not know how to help a student whose computers are not compatible with their software. What I can tell you, is if you are an Apple user and run into problems with their platform, you are not going to get the help you need from their tech support. Be aware of that when you enroll here. Outside of that, I have no issues, they are a good college and there are good people there that do want to help you succeed."

"Do NOT enroll in this school if you need financial aid to pay for any of it. I was told that I would get financial aid and then the day of disbursement they sent me a note saying they didn't have all the verification. The day of disbursement is two weeks into the trimester and is too late to withdraw from the class since they are short 8 week trimesters. It is now week 8 and I have not received any financial despite them having all the qualified paper work two weeks ago. My trimester ends in two weeks. I was suppose to get my aid exactly a month ago. I planned on getting a computer with my financial aid and have not been able to complete my power point assignments because I can not afford a new computer (especially bc of Covid). No one will help you get your aid and they will keep telling you you will get it and you will not. The US of Department of Education websites reads that I have been given this aid and am paying interest on these loans I have not received. I told my admissions counselor that I will not go back to school unless I was 100% sure I was getting aid. The financial aid office said they had all the requirements had me sign the master promissory note and even the school website portal states I have received this aid and I have not. I would have never enrolled in school if I knew they would tell me I am getting them and then the day of disbursement tell me I didn't have everything when it was already too late to withdraw. DO NOT ENROLL IN THIS SCHOOL> THEY embezzle your loans and do not care about your success! Everything they have done with my aid is unethical and should not be legal. They should be held responsible for the inconvenience and upheaval they cause to their students by pretending they will give their students money and then take it for themselves. This has got to be embezzlement."

"I have taken both in-class courses and online courses, I would still prefer online due to the fact of convenience and it helps me grow as a person by being able to comprehend information in order to succeed. After reading a couple of the reviews, I have to say that the personnel making the bad remarks are mainly the ones who don't understand the concept of online college. If you can't be self motivated, self discipline and do things that adults do, then stay with your brick and mortar style college. If you can comprehend the course work, you can succeed in any online course. This college worked for me; I am a father, husband, full-time employee and coach youth sports, so a brick and mortar class was not an option. In my opinion, it would have been too much driving and hearing whining young people complain about things that us older people managed to get by without, i.e. cell phone, internet, etc. This school provides you with weekly module materials to review, you take part in a weekly discussion, take a mastery test and complete a critical thinking paper with proper APA format. If you need your hand held to do college work, stay in a classroom setting. I had no issues with professors at CSU-Global, advisors were helpful and you can call them if you really need to take care of an issue.... yes a phone call not just play email tag, like many have stated. Be proactive and go seek what your looking for from the school. Some classes are pretty interesting and can have you grow a grey hair or two but the material is provided to help you research and find the answer. I have had prior leadership training and that is why I chose this degree, you can add specializations if you wish. I added a Criminal Justice Specialization and have learned a lot from taking those courses, I will graduate in less than a month."

"Regret going back to complete my degree at CSU Global. Peers and employers dont view it as a valid institution, and I truly have to agree. The majority of your class work revolves around writing papers, and as long as you meet the bare minimum requirements (length, number of sources, address each point) you will get an A. I graduated with a 4.0 and can say I didnt learn a thing. Waste of time and money. Work hard at your job and you will end up better off than paying for a piece of paper that no one views as legitimate."

"Highly recommended for self-motivated adult learners. I really have no idea what people are expecting when they attend college online. I see lots of reviews complaining about the fact that they have to provide research papers weekly and a longer portfolio project. Yes, this is true. Do they hold your hand? No, they do not. Are most professors highly approachable and friendly, willing to answer questions about the subject matter? Absolutely. Bottom line: If you attend CSU-Global you will do lots of research (reading -huge amounts-), answer discussion posts and prove that your studies paid off via the research report. AND you will be treated like an ADULT with EXPECTATIONS that you MANAGE TIME appropriately. Is it easy to write research papers? No, it is not. But you learn so much if you are willing to put in the work. Once you graduate, CSU-Global is HIGHLY committed to your success as well."
