"All this "University" wants is your money! I enrolled and was told that I would be able to do certain things when it came time to do the "hands on training" then just as I'm about to take that last part, they decided to change the rules, even going so far as to make me take a class that I had already passed again by telling me if I didn't meet their requirements in time I would have to start the entire program all over again to earn my degree! It is a scam school and I cannot find a job that will be able to make ends meet and afford paying back the loans that were sold to Navient. Navient doubled what my original loans were for and since interest is tacked on daily there's no way I will ever be able to get enough to pay them and live a normal life. Do not attend this school!"

"NOT recommended! 3 years spent here. Student services reps lacked knowledge to answer basic questions and often were rude, and short with a very rude and unprofessional tone. Financial aid reps were just as bad. Huge problems getting them to accept any prior learning transcripts. It took 2 years and repeated and persistent contact by me for anyone to care enough follow through with getting this applied to my degree. It was very difficult for them to pay enough attention to me to get my prior learning applied. I fell strongly this was due to money and DeVry wanting to gain the most money possible from students. Multiple errors found in tests and quizzes to include actually giving the correct answer by marking "correct answer" next to a multiple choice option and asking the same question up to three times on a single test. Quality of education was very poor. Most of what I learned was due to personal ambition and drive. Instructors were sometimes absent from class posting in discussion boards but 2-3 times per week."

"I had an excellent experience with DeVry! I took classes online for my Associates Degree in HIT. The professors were helpful and knowledgeable. Not only did I learn everything that I needed to be successful, at the end of my course I was set up with a on site practicum that offered me a job! DeVry also covered the cost of my RHIT exam because I scored high in my RHIT assessment class!"

"As a former healthcare worker I want to be involved in the industry so I have decided to take the HIT program, it has been exciting and informative from the beginning. I am so happy that I have gotten a mixture of regular courses and HIT courses from the beginning. I like that I have gotten right into the core classes without having to wait. All of my professors have been excellent. Easy to get in touch with and they have all known the courses well. The entire DeVry interface works amazingly, the student portal is easily navigated and there is always a real person that you can easily get in touch with if you do run into a problem."

"I was almost ready to give up. Then I tried DeVry University Online. I am absolutely happy that I did. Considering that I was a single parent, working full-time, cooking, keeping house, and anything else needed, I had no time or motivation to go to school. The entire admissions team, advisors, and financial team were awesome. I was never rushed off of the phone when I had questions or concerns. I was always contacted to find out how everything in my classes were going, and I even had an advisor who actually listened to me and let me vent when it got tough for me. She believed in me more than I believed in myself and gave me motivation when I was not receiving it anywhere else. I must say, thanks to her, I am pushing my way through and am now more determined than ever to get my degree. There was even a time when I had a bad situation at home and wasn't able to complete a session, and when I called and spoke with an advisor, they put me right back on track, no questions asked, and did not make me feel less of a human being because of my circumstances that caused me to drop out right at the beginning of a session without notice. My children can look at their mother and realize that they can achieve anything in life if they want to, regardless of unfair circumstances that may arise. This is for my children."
