I had tried going to a university prior to Everglades when I was younger and fresh out of high school. The stress was overwhelming, coupled with constantly being broke and unable to work due to the demands of my studies. At this first school, financial aid was unhelpful and I generally had no guidance. I was forced to drop out for financial reasons. Five years passed and I was finally ready to resume pursuing a higher education. Everglades University went above and beyond to ensure my success in... Read More

Everybody from the staff to the students came together, and we created our own little family. It has been nice to really get to know everyone. It made me feel comfortable, I felt like “This is where I should be in my life.” Life made sense here. I was happiest when the I came to classes in person, with everyone interacting with each other and expanding our knowledge by sharing our ideas. I am thankful for my EU experience. I received more than just my bachelor’s degree. I also found my own personal... Read More

The class sizes are small which allows further interaction with students and instructors. Classes are a month long but easily accomplished because you concentrate on one class. Instructors are from the field of study. Interaction is encouraged and necessary. Exams are not difficult and covered within the course materials. Would recommend classes for anyone wishing to pursue any of the renewable and alternative energy sources which will eventual take over the energy industry. Great Colledge.

My experience at Everglades was great! I was a little overwhelmed when I first thought about going back to school, being that I had been out of school for over 15 years. That feeling was short lived after meeting the great staff, I knew this is where I belonged! After three and a half years, I learned so much but not only about my major also time management and leadership. I recently started USF for my Master's degree in Global Sustainability and miss the small school feel of Everglades. I truly... Read More

I have nothing but bad things to say about this school. If you want reliable academic advisors and people that are actually there to help you rather than collect your checks then this is absolutely not the school for you. Nearly every time you call asking to speak to your advisor they have left the school and you are set up with someone new who is unaware of the issues at hand. Not only this but you can be told one thing and then the next day you call back to check in and are told that was incorrect... Read More

I understand that this sounds cliche, but there is no other way to summarize my experience at Everglades University in Tampa other than saying that they are absolutely amazing. They have provided me the best education I could have ever dreamed of. The attention I have received from my Everglades family in Tampa made everything easy in my pursuit of higher education; from registration to graduation I am certain that I am in good hands. I decided to attend Everglades University in an effort to become... Read More

The learning environment at Everglades University is very conducive, and the lecturers are always and willing to help whenever the need rise. As matter of fact I have been recommended this school to some of my friends and I will keep doing that as far as the school maintain their reputation.Thanks.
