"I have been with this college almost 19 months now and as of January ill have my associates degree, and I'll be honest I at one point almost considered dropping out because I didn't think I could handle juggling work and my kids plus college, but with help from my professors and from the dean I was able to not struggle as much and pass all my classes. My advisor is amazing she calls me twice a month to check in on me and make sure I have everything that I need. And ever since covid hit the financial department has been amazing and understanding that im not able to make my payments yet for my student loans. I highly recommend this college because you do it at your own pace as long as you have the drive, determination, and discipline to focus and set aside the time to read everything and actually do the work in full."

"Save your self the trouble, DON'T DO IT. They really just blow smoke up your ass. Sorry for the language but they are so full of shit. It will all sound good at first but it's not. Only time you'll hear from them is when they want to collect money. When you need help with school work they will NOT respond in a timely manner. This school is a rip off."

"So far, everything has been good , decent, and on time. Instructors are easy to get in touched with. It seem like everyone has their own experiences, and reading some of these reviews kind of got me scared to attend the classes. LOL. But I've noticed the instructors are easy to get in touched with , I have their personal numbers, and actually send them a text message when needed. So far, I haven't had any problems. Thankfully, I was approved quick, and waiting on my tablet and laptop."

"First I am a veteran and would recommend that no other member of the military ever even consider this institution. When the VA finally decided to do my knee surgery, I immediately contacted the school. The instructor became hostile and informed me that I was jeopardizing my degree that was equal to a Havard degree. Can you imagine? I called the president of Independence University and informed him what was said. He apologized, and admitted that this was not the truth. The next day the instructor called me and berated me for not keeping up in class. I informed him that I was not interested in his class any longer. Calling the president again, I requested the instructor no longer contact me for any reason or I would drop out, and it was agreed upon. The next day the instructor called and so I informed him I was dropping out. Period. Don't call back. Now I owe over 2,000 dollars, because I could not travel to wherever in the hell they wanted to sign the proper form to actually drop out. After over a year they finally accepted their worthless (used when I got it) laptop back, which they tried to charge me almost 1,700 dollars for."

"The faculty and staff are amazing. I never felt like I was alone. My instructors all stayed in touch by telephone and email through all my courses. The program was very good. The classes weren't easy, but almost all of them were relevant. It was a great choice for me."

"I started school at Independence University in October of 2015. I was 17 years old at the time and recently turned 18 of May 13, 2016. This college is actually pretty great. I have learned so much. The instructors are great and always help you when you need it. I will have my degree in May of 2017. The classes have actually excited me a lot to go into my career field."

"This school is very fun to me, and I am glad I attended this school. The instructors are great and the glass is great. I was kind of hesitant to keep going because half of my pell grant and my unsub/sub money went towards my tuition and I have to pay for school and I cant find a job. Hopefully the next half of money comes to me and I can pay for it. Overall this university is great, I would suggest the university to people"

"I didnt want to go to college, I felt lost at first but then I just decided to walk in and everyone made my experience nice and easy they took me step by step for applying! So easy I was not nervous anymore i was actually excided they worked with me they understood me and made my monthly payment something I could afford. Its perfect I never thought I would do this, for anyone who says this school sucks you might of just had a bad experience or just been negarive about it. I work and stay busy at home and still manage to do my school work its just great! Teachers are amazing, even the homework is easy with all the help i recieve from my free resources."
