"I have been going to this school since 2012 and since then this school has gotten worse over the years. They say their going to help, but never do, they over charge people for unprofessional education. The instructors must be underpaid because they don't get back to people in time. Worse school I have "ever attended" will not be finishing with them. Last they don't have classes for all courses only some so your force to take class online with what little information they give you."

"Well, I am going to say that my experience at this school was pleasant one. Some of the students are a little challenging at times but for the most part, it was fine. They teach and you learn. The work is not easy though and very time consuming. You have to want to do the work and work hard in order to get a good grade and be successful. So if you are looking for an easy school, this isn't it. This school, you have to do the work and do it right or no you won't be successful. For me, the staff was great and my adviser was great and I like the school and I am glad that I attended it. This college has professors as well."

"I started this school because they said they had my best interest and could get me graduated within 2 years. As a mom just out of high school i thought it was to good to be true. Well turns out i was right. Administration was a joke the instructors are the biggest joke. There is no time for student help even if you go in to get it. So i called to let them know that since they dropped me because i had a baby and missed 1 week of school i would need my transcript. The lady didn't even try to keep me at that school she just asked for the fax number and sent it to my new school. After $20,000 that my family has put in this school for me to do what i wanted in return i had to change my goals. Now im sitting $300,000.00 in debt with no financial aid left because of the unbelievable scam they put me through."

"This campus is a big joke. Some of the staff here is awful. This is supposed to be an educational institute but you have most of the employees that are not educated. You have a campus director that just received his degree. You have an admissions director with just a high school diploma. Some of the people that work in admissions look thrown away and there is no professionalism at this school. The lady at the front desk and the medical lady were the only people that I can say were worth even talking to. The Dean is rude and have no consideration for the students that she talks to. Why are some of these people working there? There is no financial aid on the campus anymore you have to talk on the phone to everyone which makes it hard to understand what is going on. There is no tutor for math, there is a joke of a tutor. This school is ridiculous. The other campus director was much better."

"I have attended NAU since Feb 2011 and still don't have my associate degree? And owe 67,000 I devote 60 hours a week on 2 classes per quarter. Instructors are aweful about responding and fail you in discussions?, I have taken my concerns to the Administrator and Director and told they will call or check into it and do not respond . I am getting ready to quit and go somewhere else due to them misleading me. They told me it would take two years to get my associate degree. You can go to academy police I just found out for 1,800 dollars and get a job right away. I am 54 and just found out C.J. EMPLOYMENT cut off age is 45, they basically lied to me and now I am not only unemployed but in debt up pasted my ears. Their is no job placement help here ?"
