The financial aid is a nightmare. I had been through a lot of universities. None of the school like this one. The process of taking for award package is 3+ months which is outrageous and unacceptable. The schedule of disbursement is not accurate. Financial aid needs to release the fund as stated from the schedule since they have no right to hold students' loan funded long time in the school account. The fund suppose to be released 10 days after the course started not 30 days after the course started.... Read More School needs to communicate with financial aid and stops threatening students that their course will be dropped and stops sending invoice to students. You hold students' funded for their package and you send the invoice to them as well. That is not a good practice of doing business. In conclusion, fired all your financial aid team right now and hired someone who willing to work and know the process. Your current financial aid team is not even worth a penny.

I found the coursework to be both challenging and rewarding. The flexibility to do the work on my own time was a life changer. I was working full time, taking care of a young son, and maintaining a household. Late nights and early mornings with weekend work was the only "free" time. The papers count for... Read More most of the grades. Fortunately for me I enjoy writing. I did feel as though the school shifted significantly around 2008. I am glad I was wrapping up my coursework by then. The glow of having a cutting edge online program had worn off and I think they realized it needed to make more money. The fees started being added to everything. All in all I am happy with the experience.

It was a great experience. I had just completed my undergrad at a traditional school and had moved back to my home city. I had a full time position and wanted to pursue an MBA fulltime without having to quit my job or move to another city. This school gave me that opportunity. Overall, a good experience and it opened a lot of doors in my career. My only wish is that they had career placements/extensive job search resources for students in Canada such as myself.
