Horrible school

"This is a horrible school. Such a scam. I went there to get a degree but I failed a few classes because the professors had a horrible way of grading and they did not even help and because of that I was kicked out of the school I wanted to go to. I reached out to the academic advisor to see if I was allowed to come back in order to get into the school I wanted and I never heard back from her. I am so angry."

"Financial Aid here is terrible! I've been running around back and forth. Something seems fraudulent at this school. When I applied for financial aid they told me I will get my refund check the following week. When I called financial aid a few days after that to make sure I was going to get it they were really rude and told me i needed to send my high school transcripts. They never told me anything about that in the beginning until I called. They then told me that I wont get my refund check until 5 weeks and they said it with an attitude. If I knew this I wouldve gotten a laptop before I spent my money. Now I currently have to send my high school transcripts and scrape up enough money to get a laptop. They were very misleading."

"These people are scam artists. I've been back and forth with them for months about discrepancies with balance owed. I've been told countless times that the "computer system is faulty and doesn't always show accurate numbers in our bills" and "You're still responsible for paying this balance" (that balance that I don't have an accurate representation of). Basically, you don't know what you owe from one moment to the next because numbers never match up between bills and their financial portal. I had a spreadsheet laying out all of their discrepancies in billing and the financial advisor ACKNOWLEDGED THEM! Yet he went in a circle and came back to the fact that it's still my fault and I'm responsible for their inaccurate technology. It seems like they're covering their tracks and their own backsides as well because no more than a week after this conversation with the financial advisor, my balance on the financial portal was corrected and my account summary was wiped clean when it definitely wasn't before. I can't even continue attending school or the process of transferring out because I refuse to pay them for my classes or transcripts and we've reached a stalemate. Steer clear of this "university" and look for an institution who's more professional and knows how to run things in an accurate manner!"

"Phenomenal school. I have been enrolled for a few modules now and I am loving Post University online. It works perfectly with my schedule and my children's schedule. I never feel the pressure to be online at specific times and I log in on my own time. My admissions counselor (Kim W) was very helpful and always answered all of my questions when I called. About to take my 5th class at Post and I am very excited to start working with children."

"DONT wast your money!!!! I have been going to post for about 5 years on and off to finish my BA. I go off and on because out of the blue they call and ask for 3,000 or the best one was $7,000! I thought It was my fault for something, NOPE they over charged me. They also won't send a transcript if you have a balance ( i understand) but when you don't know that you have a balance because they keep sending the bills to the wrong address and NEVER pick up the phone to call you, look an other $3,000!! Then there was the time that they "lost" my credit card number and it was just floating around the office. The classes are ok, nothing great. I was in hopes that when i went back it would get better. nope it went down hill. So if you want to get charged a ridiculous amount of money and be put on hold for 30 minuets to talk to someone that has NO CLUE what they are doing, they go call Post."
