"I love that my schooling was very hands on. I appreciate the professors that helped me on my journey. I like that I had the chance to also being very flexible with my schedule. I think taking remote schooling as an adult it the right way to go over traditional settings."

"The school overall is amazing from the adviser. When I first began class to each teacher. I had interaction with nothing but good things to say about the school and the program. I am a Stern advocate and have convince my current manager to go back to school and obtain his. Bixby subscriners and business administration degree. He's literally twenty weeks to graduating!"

"I finished an associate's degree at Purdue University Global last year. After a break, I decided to go back for my bachelor's. This time the experience has been nothing but stressful. I choose to take some courses from other programs to cover some of the credit hours. These programs advertise that they are equivalent. I took a few courses and sent in my transcript to find that one of the classes was no longer acceptable as a transfer credit. The Registrar's Office claimed that it was no longer equivalent as of 2021. However, I found another person that had the credit applied to their transcript just 5 months previous to my completion of the course. Following that experience, I checked with my advisor about another class I wanted to take for credit hours. She sent a message to the Registrar's Office and they confirmed that the classes were equivalent. After completing that workload and sending my transcript the credits were not applied. I'm a week away from starting my final term and I no longer have an advisor, only a functional email to message regarding concerns. The support I am receiving this year is inconsistent. I've spent over $30,000 at this school and I feel very defeated as I've been putting so much effort into graduating this year and cannot get the answers or support I need."

"Stay away from this school. While the professors are decent the registrar, financial services and any other department are incompetent. They do not apply credits and still take money. Cannot communicate between departments and expect the student to do their job,. Terrible terrible. If I could transfer out, I would just because of that."

"Im conflictes about recommending Purdue. My classes were great, the instructors were great for the most part, but the support services (ie student services and different advisors) have really made my experience poor. Ive spoken to multiple customer service members to try to get questions answered and during many of the interactions, i was disappointed. It started last year when waiting on the Dean for weeks to approve a class overload that never happened. I eventually signed up for the classes anyway and thankfully I did because I never heard back. Next I have received conflicting information about classes I could take based on prerequisites where ultimately I had to complain about taking my last 2 classes together because I was told I couldn't at the last minute. More importantly for graduation, there is nobody to call in and talk to when you have questions. My advisor really couldn't answer if I was able to graduate this session, since i was currently enrolled so i finally was able to email and get an answe. I am getting to walk at the graduation but still dont know if the correct honors will be attributed to me. I have a 3.91 gpa now and at yhe end of this session I should have a 4.0 but dont know how that will work since last day of class is Aug 11 and I walk Aug 13. When I do speak with someone, ive experienced less than favorable customer service, where I leave away feeling like the operator was only interested in getting me off the phone. I am an HR manager and my employer pays for our tuition so its disappointing to say I cant say Purdue University Global will be my first recommendation of schools if Im asked which University Id recommend. I wish I could provide other feedback but want to report so maybe someone else wont experience the same."

"Before I enrolled at Purdue University Global, I was skeptical, only because I work full-time and I have four children. Purdue made my goal a reality! Everything and everyone was incredible, advisors, the financial aid team, and of course the professors! Purdue Global has some absolutely amazing professors, they are great people who genuinely care about their students and want to see them succeed. I was very relieved with the entire experience. I graduate in 4 short weeks, with honors! I have never been more satisfied with my selection of Purdue University Global!"

"PG has made working full time & going to school way easier than it would've been somewhere else. My professors were caring, great listeners, and friendly. The option of doing the alternate seminar assignment helped decrease my stress levels as time was short and life was overwhelming during the pandemic. My advisor was super helpful, the career assistance has been a huge help. At first thought, the idea of online only, in a different state, and without many committed times scared me. However, this is exactly what made it successful. There is no doubt I would do this again, at PG. I am proud and excited to be graduating from PG."

"Purdue is a good school because it offer work, life, and education well. My first adopt I had was great, communicated well, responded quickly, and cared about my degree program. I would say financial aid is not very good at responding to emails or voicemails which may be a turnoff to others."

"The classes where set up and easily to follow and get my work done on time. Also, the online seminar where great because of the professors that taught them. Most of the professors taught the classes in a professional manner and help us students to understand the material that week. I have really enjoyed my time at Purdue."

"Overall my experience was positive. When Purdue took over from Kaplan things really started to improve. Professors were hit and miss - some rubber stamped my work, some really challenged me and caused me to grow intellectualy. Student support was a little disorganized from my perspective, I had to figure a lot of things out on my own. All things said, I would definitely return to Purdue Global and recommend it."

"The enrollment process at Purdue was extremely easy and that was due to the amazing career advisors that the university offers to its students and potential students. The quality of the program including courses, books, etc. was stellar. I am a full time employee and attending Purdue was so easy for me to manage and that is due to their amazing flexibility. I would definitely recommend Purdue to any other individuals either seeking to get back to school or further their education."

"I called Purdue University Global and spoke to Joe Rensaw. I was looking to attend college since COVID 19 caused us to remain at home. Joe was encouraging, helpful, and got me enrolled. He helped me whenever I had a concern. I am grateful for the opportunity to finish my education. I chose Business Administration. I have had wonderful instructors. Thank you for being there for students like me. I will always remember my time at Purdue Global. I attended Purdue University West Lafayette as an undergraduate in the 70's. I am happy to graduate from the school I love. I sent my daughter to Purdue in 2005. My husband was a graduate of Purdue."

"My overall experience at Purdue have been wonderful. First, I love the convenience of online classes. It allows me to work and seek a higher education at the same time. My study in Business Administration/ Human Resources have increased my knowledge in ways that will be beneficial to me, know and in the future. Learning about business and the role that it plays in our world today, gave me a better understanding of how businesses work. The Professor's did a great of teaching the courses in a way that students understood, and they made me feel comfortable asking questions. The support at Purdue made my study even more enjoyable. Whenever I call Tech Support, if I was having any problem with the internet or accessing information, the staff was kind, professional and I sense a feeling of wanting to assist.. There are many supports systems that Purdue offers to help students succeed, such as, tutoring. You can get assistance in areas where you feel there is a need. Because of my experience, I would recommend anyone to Purdue that is considering furthering their education. I believe they would be glad they did."

"I am glad I chose to go through this experience and finish what I started so many years ago. The excel track is an excellent medium for someone like myself. I would recommend it for anyone that needs to move at their own pace and wants to learn topics thoroughly before moving forward. Thank you for helping me make this a reality!"

"Was not impressed with the financial aid team as they got me signed up for school to only find out months before graduating that I would need to start paying $1000's of dollars a term to stay in school. Then to have anyone who acknowledged that they did wrong was not happening! I had some good instructors and some who just didn't care of wouldn't show up for seminars. But... purdue still took that money for school awfully easy. I wouldn't recommend this school to anyone and will not do anymore work through them. Horrible experience!"

"Prior to enrollment, I debated between Purdue University Global and a community college. Being a working adult, I thought the community college experience might be a better fit. Ultimately, I chose Purdue University Global as it was important for me to earn a bachelor's degree. From day one, my first online inquiry into the program, I have been pushed to succeed. From the financial aid office to my academic advisor to every instructor along the way, I have had continuous support and motivation. The program has been challenging, but it has been worth it. In four weeks, I will be able to say that I am a Purdue grad! I will graduate with a 4.0 GPA and plan to start the MBA program the following week."

"After 4 years of this school, being on deans list multiple times, 40 credit hours away from graduation, this is what I have to say: Extremely sub par teaching staff, technologically behind the ball for online learning. Over priced for the quality of education you receive. I would not recommend this school to anyone."

"I started Purdue 3 years ago and it has been one thing after another that I have finally decided to finish my degree elsewhere. In initial phone conversation with someone, I explained why I was going to school and that my employer was paying for me to finish my degree. The guy was very nice and explained as long as tuition is paid by the end of the term, that was no problem. He also said I could go through my modules and ask for more when I needed them. I started my first term and zoomed through 12 modules in about 5 weeks and asked for more. I was told I couldn’t have more since it was my first term. I was not happy because that was not told to me. Well the next term I asked for more, and no problem. The third term when I was ready for more modules around week 7, I was told I couldn’t add modules because they don’t do it after 7 weeks. Okay...again I was never told that. So the next term, I made sure I asked for more modules BEFORE week 7 and the person I talked to had no idea what I was talking about. Said their was no policy that classes couldn’t be added. Also when I started, when a CA was submitted and while waiting for it to be graded I could go to the next module and see what my assignment would be, go ahead and see what I needed to do/read. It was nice to get a jump and preparing for assignments. They soon stopped that and wouldn’t allow you access to modules until your grade for the previous was posted. And for three years they BLEW my phone up about tuition. I paid for it out of pocket with my employer paying me back for a portion. Since the initial person told me I could pay at the end, that’s what I choose to do so the constant calling was a little annoying. So this past term, I submitted a 14 page paper on Monday, January 18th. The following day I went to check on it, because I knew the professor was tough and revisions would be needed. I was LOCKED OUT!! I called and was told because I had not been active, they had withdrawn me. REALLY?! I submitted a paper the day before! The advisor said she tried really hard to get them to undo it but they refused. Said I’d have to go through the application process to start back. That was my last straw!!! So since I’m locked out, I asked to see my transcript since I didn’t know how I did on my paper. There’s no grade for that module so I know it needed revisions. (If you don’t make a B, revisions are requested which for this particular professor I expected.) I have felt the whole time that Purdue did everything in their power to slow me down. They wanted my $$$. I had a few great professors but the past 3 years have basically been a money pit for me to reach myself!! I really wish I’d have researched the school/reviews beforehand. Lesson learned in moving to another school. BEWARE!!"

"I've attended 4 schools now, College of Lake County in Illinois, two University of Wisconsin branches, and am ending my studies at Purdue Global. This is by far the best experience I have had with a school. - Every class I've taken is teaching skills that are directly applicable to my career goals and personal life. Examples include fixing my professional online presence in a Professionalism class and learning how to invest efficiently with specific recommendations in Finance. - Teachers are committed to helping students. I've never had a class where I felt I was being gatekept from the next step. On the other hand, I experienced this at previous institutions. You still have to work hard and study, but so long as you reach out and continue to work - you will get the grade you deserve. - Classes follow the same scheduling throughout the semester, thus deadlines are easy to remember. - Online Seminars allow students to communicate with each other and the teacher. This is the first online program where I've had online seminars and I can't imagine not having them again. Engages the students to participate in class, and allows us to really get to know our professors. - Student services are fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and expedient. A complete turnaround from what I've experienced at other schools. Tech support is available 24/7. My one caveat is that UW systems had a better tutoring system. They used a third party program that was available 24/7 with an interactive communication tool, but at PGU they use staff as tutors, which personalizes your help but limits the times that tutors are available. I also wish there was interactive software to share screens with tutors during sessions. - Tons of tools and career services to help you find a job. - Flexible class scheduling, perfect for working adults and parents. Because I have a lot to deal with in my home life, I can only take 2 classes at a time while passing with an A or B. PGU uses a 10-week semester system which is allowing me to graduate 3 years earlier than at my previous online program. They also allow students to use a fast track system allowing students to graduate quicker if they use applicable skills in their current careers, and a portfolio class which applies a similar concept and gives double credits. This is life-changing. - Online campus is easy to navigate and access. I can use it through an app on my phone or iPad, or using a laptop or desktop with the same accessibility and ease. My other improvement area would be with advisors, mine suddenly changed without notification. But the school is so easy to navigate that I rarely have to talk with my advisor anyway. I highly recommend PGU, and am forever grateful that an acquaintance recommended this to me over a year ago. I wish I started my collegiate experience here."
