For online schooling you have to be disciplined to get the work done on your own, so yo must delegate your time accordingly. Some classes are implemented close to when assignments are due so you when readings/subjects are finally explained to you if you lack understanding of it you will only have a day to complete assignments or some may be late. Read More I must say that asking many questions during class has helped me a lot and keeping up with most of the readings even after skimming through most of them has helped me considerably. The cost is considerably a bit more than stated, I was paying approximately 4,446 per semester( every 10weeks) for my BS degree. So the biggest issue that I have is that I just recently found out that it is not accredited by the (CSHSE) Counsel for Standards in Human Service Education, but is a member. I feel after owing 60,000 plus my degree should be accredited. So yes I also have an issue with the amount I owe. I never used any tutoring or used any assistance from their writing department but still had to pay a fee of 295$ per semester. Another issue is that in he beginning that give you a large amount of your stipend to cover your housing, living fees but towards the end of your degree you have to pay a considerable amount out of pocket because you have reached your limit in loans, they need to minimize the amount of funding they give to you in the beginning so you wont have out of pocket expenses with the last semesters.

The one-star reviewers likely realized PG is far superior academically to their previous online schools, and they couldn't keep up with the rigor of hardcore instruction and simply dropped out. I was shocked by the staggering difference in academics in taking my first class, and struggled simply for the reason that the school I had transferred from was nothing like this at all. People would use emoji's and use LOL and other "text speak" to respond to answers for daily questions and the Professor allowed it. At PG this will not fly. I think this is another reason people give it bad reviews. They want easy, but they also want a degree with a university name that means something. But, you have to put the work in to get what you want. Honestly, it was not easy to get in to PG. I interviewed with the representative, my GPA was 3.4 from the school I transferred from and I had to explain to him why I would be a good fit. I have dealt with the same people since I started. I have had my credits transfered from my previous university, I have spoke with Financial Aid several times and had great communication with them. I cannot promise that nothing will go awry in my schooling, but I so far I have dealt with kind and pleasant people who seem to want to help me, and I feel that this institution is giving an amazing gift to those of us who are able to finish our degrees raise our families, and work our 40 hour week jobs. The gift of a first rate education right; from our own homes. So, for me and my family - we are grateful! I am proud to be a Boilermaker!
