"Before I chose to go with Purdue and after looking up college ratings I have ABSOLUTELY no idea how they were ranked #1 for online school. The ENTIRE process from start to now has been nothing but a joke and a headache. I received max grants, student loans and all the help The Government has to offer for a single parent. For ALL of the broken promises to the bull patty charges on my student portal I would consider this University very dubious. I have been attending virtual school & as of 3/30/23 have not received a single penny from their "financial aid" department. with ALL of their transfer fees even the grants dishing out over $4,500.00 not a single bit of The Governments money to help me has ended up coming to me. They have jerked me along on empty promises and here I am not able to pay any of my bills with no one to call or to be held responsible. **DO NOT ATTEND PURDUE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE"

"Terrible learning platform. Excessive steps to do anything. Instructor do not use any of the functions that help, like due dates. Requires more effort and time than any in person class I have taken w/ twice the confusion and headaches. Doesn't promote individual thinking, at all, with excessive need for references. Encourages bad writing habits. Compared to other online learning experiences thier setup is a disaster if you have something to compare to."

"The freedom I enjoyed with Purdue University Global’s online platform was they key to my success in earning a degree. I work 60 hours a week, have three kids in school/sports, and try to be the best husband I can be. Purdue’s flexibility meant I could work on my education during my time. Boiler up!"

"I really liked attending this school! The process was so easy, the material is very helpful and most of the professors are awesome at helping if you need anything. Two things that could needs worked on is advisors and some teachers need to be more clear on expectations."

"Degree program was a mix and match of IT related courses. Consecutive classes didn't build on prior material, half of the class time was spent performing the same exercises as in previous class. I've been in the industry for 10+ years and very little was gained from this program than applied to real-world scenarios or latest technologies. Only reason I attended Purdue Global was because it was fully online and my employer paid my tuition. Would not recommend this program to anyone who has industry experience."

"I love Purdue Global!! I had the best professors that really cared for the students. In my harder classes they went out of their way to help me pass.I also found help in the writing center and the library was not hard to use. The military support team was very helpful to me. I am pretty sure IT notes me because I called them often and they were very helpful."

"This was my first Online learning experience. The program moved very fast (10-week semesters) and I understand that the instructors don't have time to tell us everything. I was not prepared for the amount of homework we were given. I was not prepared for how difficult it would be to find an entry level position. I contacted Career Services a few times, they were helping me with my resume. I heard back maybe twice and then I never heard from them again. Overall I would say that it was a really good experience and I would recommend the program to others. I realize that nothing is perfect. My Student Advisor was the BEST!! I would not have made it thru without my Student Advisor."

"I had a pretty good experience with PG. The professors were very knowledgeable and accommodating when a storm would be heading to Florida. I enjoyed my experience with each course and felt that I have learned a great deal from the curriculum. I am both sad and happy to be ending my experience but find joy that others will be starting their journeys. I am thankful for the experience in this institution and a proud boilermaker!"

"Very good program which will work with your work/life schedule. Requirements and assignments are consistent throughout the program and their online spaces are user friendly. Staff are very accommodating and the financial aid process went smoothly. Online programs can be highly dependent on the individual's effort but this program provides a well structured environment."

"The programs are great. The military financial department is difficult and continuously locked me out even after I waived my tuition assistance. The instructors are amazing and I was able to communicate changes in my military Status. Very supportive"

"I started as a post masters certification- I already have a DNP and have been a practicing NP for 6 years. This program will not prepare you for boards. The tests had questions asking “as the RN …” with the only correct answer being “call the provider”. As a NO we ARE the provider!! You will have ZERO assistance finding a preceptor. They will make you buy a virtual reality headset that is expensive and useless. The professors are good but the program is designed and curricula done by someone else - they have literally no say in what is presented or how. I had a 4.0 and only 3 clinical courses left to complete when I finally had enough and changed programs. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT PURDUE GLOBAL!"

"I finished an associate's degree at Purdue University Global last year. After a break, I decided to go back for my bachelor's. This time the experience has been nothing but stressful. I choose to take some courses from other programs to cover some of the credit hours. These programs advertise that they are equivalent. I took a few courses and sent in my transcript to find that one of the classes was no longer acceptable as a transfer credit. The Registrar's Office claimed that it was no longer equivalent as of 2021. However, I found another person that had the credit applied to their transcript just 5 months previous to my completion of the course. Following that experience, I checked with my advisor about another class I wanted to take for credit hours. She sent a message to the Registrar's Office and they confirmed that the classes were equivalent. After completing that workload and sending my transcript the credits were not applied. I'm a week away from starting my final term and I no longer have an advisor, only a functional email to message regarding concerns. The support I am receiving this year is inconsistent. I've spent over $30,000 at this school and I feel very defeated as I've been putting so much effort into graduating this year and cannot get the answers or support I need."

"I have had a great experience in the post-master's FNP program. You definitely have to be a self-starter and find your preceptors early so that you can have a smooth experience with clinicals. The overall program is very organized and straightforward. I appreciated how responsive the professors are and how they are passionate about the nurse practitioner profession. The content is pertinent to primary care and stresses the topics that you will most often see in the clinical setting. I am so grateful that I found this program which allowed flexibility and helped me to achieve my goal of becoming an FNP."

"I had been out of the educational system for many years before deciding to complete my degree. My advisor at Purdue Global was fantastic - walked me through the entire process and prepared me for what to expect. All of my professors were available when needed and appeared to be truly interested in our success as students. The course load was not overwhelming and pertained directly to the course objectives. Overall, my experience at Purdue Global was a positive one and I have no regrets on my decision to attend there to complete my degree."

"There's many unnecessary classes that are required. My advisor tried to cancel my enrollment after 2 days of classes due to my " lack of participation" yet I attend seminars and complete assignments. They also don't offer almost anything when it comes to scholarships and loans either. The few teachers that I do have are a bit too laid back and easy-going but that's expected since they teach solely from their homes. If this program wasn't associated with the REAL Purdue, they wouldn't do as well."

"Purdue University Global afforded me the opportunity to use my work and life experience for credits. I was about to earn over 60 credit hours and cut my completion time down. The courses were taught by industry professionals that provided a realistic view for those that may be new to the industry. I would definitely recommend anyone to look at Purdue University Global as an option."
