"I have read some of the reviews below but I will have to say that you get out what you put in. I have been attending Strayer since 2015 and I haven't had any issues. The professors have been helpful and my success coach calls me every semester and even return my calls if I need her. I work hard and do the required course work. It has been a pleasant experience and I look forward to graduating next year. I am sure everyone's personal experience is just that. The best advise I have is if you are going to go to school be sure you are completely dedicated to it because it is not an easy thing to do and a lot of work will be required of you."

unfair grading and uneducated teachers - 7/27/2017

"Don't attend this school cause the teachers, and so call coaches are no help. As for saying they are there to help such a lie and even the teacher are just as bad too. Once I'm done with these first to courses im moving on to a better online university. Listen to what these reviews are saying and don't waste your time here. The intro course teacher and IT teacher are nothing but rude. Also as for being there for you major lies and come on The teachers really look for students to kick butt and suck up. I mean come on when hard working people don't kiss butt or parents with children have better things to do. And the suck up students stand a better chance at passing because that's what the teachers want most of all. Beware of this university overall experience was and so far has been hell. They talked a good game and let you down in the end big time. Run fast and don't bother getting information from this university ever. Never believe anything they tell you and worset mistake ever giving them a chance. Again never believe them and they are all about money big time. Don't doubt anyone about this fake lies or when they say classes are cheap. They are not cheap and the other students are no help either. Anyone looking to attend don't and run really fast. I never liked the issues they tried to tell you c***. And believe no one when you have a problem, they don't solve it at all either. Nothing but c*** so far and in week 4 wanting to drop classes already. So dumb as ."

"Absolutely repulsive. I will never recommend anyone to attend a school with such disorganized financial aid departments. I attended this school for a year before they asked for documentation that was deemed unacceptable and informed that I need to find another method of payment. They will pressure you to attending if you show slight interest. They will call and email you constantly just to get you admitted and then initiate after you spend money there. I have had about 2 appeals with supporting documentation and still denied. I am disgusted with this school as to how they do not support individuals with mental illnesses or previous illnesses. Additionally, you never hear back from your "success coach" & everyone is unhelpful!"

"Strayer University is Amazing. The degree programs were set up perfectly for anyone who may be juggling a career or family life. At times some of the classes were hard but, I don't think they were any harder than other universities. Since Graduating, I've been successful in my job searches and my knowledge in my career field has advanced vastly. On a scale of one to ten Strayer University gets a ten."

strayer scam - 6/10/2016
Degree: Business Administration
Graduation Year: 1997
"I received my degree only to find out that it was a fake. It is not accredited by the state so it is worthless. Employers do not recognize it. I asked if they could help me in obtaining a first-time degree without work experience and Strayer said yes and it would lead to a job. They lied to me and then threatened me. Now I am contacting legal agencies in state and fed govt in order to bring justice. How can I pay a $36K loan oon $10 an hour on a part time job????? And Strayer told me I could do better..................What a scam they are!"

"Stay away from it. Success coach knows less than you do, and never return your calls. Teachers can barely speak English, and will teach you nothing that is related to the class. The mostly important classes for your degree are only offered online, what's the point then? Oh if regret could kill someone, i would have been dead by now!!"
