"Strayer University has been such a positive process of achieving my Bachelors Degree. I have had wonderful Professors and have been given great Internships . The only negative part of Strayer, for me at least, are the success coaches. Mine doesn’t get in contact with me and never seems to have the answers I need. I always have to ask someone else. There should be someone who wants to interact with students more."

"I am in my 2nd year at Strayer and I can say my experience has been a pleasant one. The school is a little pricey, but over all I think it is worth it. I have had help since the beginning. I haven't had any problems with financial aid or anything. The instructors are very helpful and they make sure you are doing the best that you can. I am a honor's student and the instructors actually go above and beyond to make sure that you are fully understanding and retaining the information you learn."

"Strayer University has provided me a way to continue my passion for earning my degree in the Criminal Justice field the best part about it is that I am able to work towards my degree completely online, which means I am able to work Full-time and enjoy life with my kids. "Strayer Universty has changed my life! The Dean is active and attentive to students needs. The teachers are amazing! You are able to communicate with your teachers via video, text, & email which makes it very easy for online students. Classes on campus doesn’t have a huge amount of students, so the teachers are able to meet all your educational needs. I would recommend Stayer University to anyone looking to further their education. Best university ever!"

"I started attending this amazing school in 2008 as a young soldier on recruiting duty in Orlando Florida. Here I am 11 years later, many moves, many deployments etc finally ready to graduate in dec of 2019. My time with Strayer has been nothing but amazing. The staff at Sand lake campus was Phenomenal. They were available at the snap of a finger. I will say that I think I may be the first student to not have a bad professor during my time in school. I enjoyed my professors because they too understood the juggling school work and working full time. This school in my opinion best suits the Military student. I am not sure a non military student could afford this school from the research I did do on it. There were a few minor things I did not like but I tend to think this is across the board when it comes to online schools. First, formatting for papers and teachers preference. I would submit papers in one class and the professor would say outstanding job on formatting then I would use the same format for another and get marked off. Second, all of the papers required for online courses. I totally understand why and the validity to make online as formidable as an in residence counter part. I just do not understand some of the things I wrote about as actually paramount to my learning process and the actual career field itself. I wrote a paper on different types of terrorism and essentially which I preferred and to create my own definition. While this seems like an easy paper, to me it had no educational value to it. Lastly, I think doing more discussion versus papers would make more value to the upper level classes. Being able to share experiences versus what a book or research paper has to do with a situation would be more beneficial in my opinion. I have learned more from group chat and what people have experienced vs a book."

"Avoid this university, it's solely exist to make money. Very rude representative and they sweet talk you but do nothing.. Please avoid them. You're better off at state college. Once again run away and save your future.. Stay away please stay away ple"

"I personally have had no issues with this school since I started in 2014. I have had access to my coaches and instructors throughout and even got my best friend to enroll this year. Working to achieve your dreams is super hard and demands that you possess a characteristic that is strong enough to be proactive independently. Things do not always just land in your lap so it is up to you to make sure things are in order. Best wishes!"

"So far I've had a good experience. It is true there were a couple of hiccups getting my financial aid and VA educational benefits sorted out, but I started the process early enough, and was proactive in reaching out to the dean of admissions and my success coach when it seemed the financial aid office was having issues with my paperwork, and everything worked out just fine. Also, the school does make it clear they don't have many resources for work placement, so you need to do your own legwork when it comes to finding yourself a job. It is a school for people who are self-motivated and disciplined, and doing the required course work every week is, well, required. You don't have to be a genius to do well, but you need decent writing and reading comprehension skills, and a willingness to give it your all. In crude honesty, other students are not there to see you through the academic programs, as we are all busy adults trying to get through each week's course load. However, the professors are willing to provide extra guidance if needed, and your success coach will be happy to help you figure out which classes to sign up for and it what order. There are online student forums where current students do log on and provide answers to questions about different school administrative processes as well. If you are looking for an easy on-line program, this isn't it. It is legitimate education, which is never easy to achieve. I still struggle sometimes to get school work done every week, but I think it is well worth it. I've attended brick-and-mortar not-for-profit schools, and I can assure you the same rule applies: you get out as much as you put in. Hoping to see the program through, as I am learning quite a bit, and getting a bachelor's degree is a personal goal of mine."
