"TUI was a great choice for me. Living a very busy life and going to school can be tedious, but TUI is flexible and the professor's are very adept to helping throughout the process. I feel mentored, and educationally prepared for the next steps in my career because of what I learned at TUI."

"Predatory, misleading and incompetent. Admissions staff will repeatedly call and email you to get you to enroll without fully reviewing relevant policies and agreements. Once they have received their payment (FASFA, G.I. Bill, Military TA), you are on your own. Will not return emails or calls. Instruction is also a solo endeavor. No books = government websites, YouTube, and additional non-scholarly sources mainly copied from public institutions. School is not familiar with own policies, continued to ask for document they already had, or had already requested from third party, but continued to place my record on academic hold and emailing me to obtain the records. Seriously consider your options, especially if you are affiliated with the military. Attend this school at your own peril."

"Please beware of this institution!! Do not waste your time or money attending this school! They are unorganized and highly unprofessional. They are only after money and they don't care about the wellbeing of their students at all. They are horrible at communicating with you. They are also unaware of their own polices, and they dont adhere to their policies!! The dean who is over the College of Business is rude and unprofessional! She is nasty.. when it comes to giving accurate information, the staff acts as if they dont know or they give the wrong information. This also leads to frustration and confusion. for example. One staff member in the financial aid department would tell me one thing and then someone would tell me something completely different. Management doesn't hold their staff accountable for none of their unethical behavior. This school is so unorganized and unprofessional. They absolutely do not understand what customer service is at all!"

"I received my Ph.D. in Education Leadership in 2017. I graduated at the top of my class. I loved the program it was extremely challenging; however, I always had the support of my professors and dissertation chair. Dr. W.L. was the chair of my committee. She encouraged me throughout the entire dissertation process. Completing my Ph.D. was the happiest day of my life! I would recommend the program to anyone who is interested in educational leadership; be prepared to work hard. After completing the degree, I was offered a teaching position at a terrific college in New York City."
