"First, let me start off by saying that UOP school was GREAT the first two years I attended. I received my Associate of Art degree in Criminal Justice. Decided to pursue my education when UOP offered a Bachelor degree in human service/family service. At the start of each week I look on forum and priority my assignments. Which assignment was the easiest and which ones I needed more time with. The easiest was the questions that had to be answered I had four to 5 days to turn in. Wanted to read chapters for my other assignment. When I went to go to the forum to retrieve the questions a few days later. The work was not there being tired I sent e-mail to my instructor and these are my words. I had a long day at work today just getting in. Tell me my eyes are playing tricks with me. I do not see the work that I am supposed to do. Knowing she would not respond that night because it was late, but she will receive it in a.m. I went a step further and called technical support and spoke to Ethan. He looked in the forum as well and nothing was found. Asked E. what can I do in this matter and why did this happen. He stated that the instructor probably went in to modify something and accidentally deleted assignment. He stated it happens he stated to have her call back and technical support will help her put it back in forum. Next morning a response from instructor she stated I know the work is there, because I put it there. I am the instructor and I have a right to modify the forum. I replied and stated I had technical support to look in forum and he found nothing as well. Advised her that I will check again, but I knew it was not there. She sent me the work two days later. I did it the same day and sent it to her. She replied back by saying this is not acceptable, because the deadline has past. I called my counselors and advised them of everything that was going on. I sent in the e-mails the instructor and I had and I was told that someone will follow up with me. Every time I called I got a different person. S. who was my financial counselor told me that J.the person who was working on this did not receive any of my e-mails. Well, I have them and I sent this information to UOP for a follow up. I sent in my paperwork two months ago and nothing. I now have the same grievance paperwork I sent the first time. I got it notarized and I am now waiting for a reply about my dispute. S. should not work at UOP she is so unprofessional and she basically called me a liar. When she told me Jennifer never received any paperwork about the instructor and me. I sent her a screen shot of it and she never followed up with me. Also, she called me to make arrangements to pay for the failed class. I am waiting to hear back from University Of Phoenix dispute team. I did agree to send in 30 dollars a month until this is resolved. She stated this will take too long to pay. I am sending this over to a collection agency and call was ended. Getting my documents notarized and sending them in for a second time. To make matter worse S. stated I doubt if anything will be done, because this happen in August 2012. Funny, you are correct, but I was allowed to take two more classes without this matter being resolved. This was not supposed to happen until the grade dispute was resolved. Waiting to see what happens. Like I stated to S. I will get my Bachelor degree, but it will not be there."

"The advisor was great. M. L. was great. He was very supportive, motivational, and guide student until the end of the school and after graduation. The instructors are good and most of them are willing to help the students to improve in class. I was able to learn and accomplish my educational goal in a time frame. I love the experience that I had in GCU since the beginning of my education until my graduation day. I am super happy!"
