"Alfred University is an amazing school with amazing professors and degree programs. The professors work with their students to help them in anyway that they need. They put in copious amounts of effort to help their students achieve their goals and dreams. They also have great coaches for their sports teams. The Western Equestrian Team is one of the best in New York State and I could not have been any prouder to have been apart of the team at my time at Alfred University."

"Attending Alfred University was way beyond my expectations. The classes were varying in different subjects which is great when you first start so you can try a little bit of everything. I love that school and would recommend it to everyone. The teachers and staff are an essential part to the learning process and they all take there jobs seriously and treat the students with 100% of there ability and beyond. The college has tutoring for subjects if needed and I have utilized them and are eternally grateful for it. The best part about the tutoring is that it is included in the tuition so there is no extra money needed to utilize the service. The experience I had at Alfred was the best and wish I could do it all again."

"The professors are wonderful, but the town may or may not suck out your soul. If you're only there for your education, then go there for the great program."

"I am currently enrolled in Alfred University, but I graduated with my bachelors degree from College of Staten Island. I feel honored to be chosen as a student in Alfred University because the staff is helpful, and always available to assist with any questions students may have. The professors are skilled professionals which share true stories they have encountered through the years. Also, they make the classes very interactive; along with students feeling welcomed and feeling a pleasant atmosphere. I am mastering in Counseling and it feels great to role play after learning new skills because skills are being exercise and questions can be answered if students need help in starting the engagement process. I am looking forward to completing my education to help those people in need, and work with a team of professionals as the professors teaching the program."

"The graduate program of Literacy at Alfred University was one that truly pushed and motivated me to become the teacher I am today. The rigorous course of study greatly prepared me for the diversity of classroom management and curriculum that have significantly shaped my success as a teacher, receiving a highly effective evaluation on the recently incorporated teacher evaluation process. The Literacy departments ability and know-how of networking, ensured I was employed in the field that I desired the instant I graduated. The only negative aspect of my Alfred University experience lies within their ability to provide student aid. Being an expensive private liberal arts university, the aid they provided was not one that would merit a middle class citizen to afford."
