"The Bio-medical Sciences program can be a lot better if the class times were adjusted to more afternoons and weekends. It is hard to keep a full-time job as well as be apart of this program full-time"

"Great program and students are given the opportunities to exercise their knowledge in and out of the classroom. I feel some courses/teachers are not utilized efficiently and would be better off not there"

"The program is intended to be very rigorous so social life naturally suffers. Also the school if on the expensive side, and there is little available in the scholarship/grant department."

"There are many pros of my University. The first pro of Barry are its small, tight knit group of faculty and students that work together to help each other succeed. Additionally, Barry has a very diverse student body so you can be guaranteed to meet individuals of all walks of life, races, socioeconomic statuses and sexual orientations. The education opportunities are endless which is one of the most important things. The only con i can think of is that graduate school is very expensive so at times it can be difficult to imagine living comfortably when instead all i can imagine is paying loans until i am a grandparent. Barrys program is very rigorous and challenging as well."

"There is not really a seem of consistency, every year the students are guinea pigs for the year’s curriculum. Clinical rotations plus classes are extremely stressful."

"My graduate program works hard to make sure every student feels comfortable, welcome, and cared for. Someone is always available for you for support and to assist with any issues relating to your education. I have just completed my first semester and I have already learned such an incredible amount of information and I look forward to learning more! Our program is very fast paced and I look forward to using the skills and education that I gain from my program to be the best mid level health care provider that I can be."

"Pros: Small class size, convenient campus and satellite locations; some online classes and Blackboard program. Quality of classes and professors inconsistent in first half of program; however outstanding, committed professors for second half. High passing rate for Nurse Practitioner certification exams. Cons: Somewhat disorganized administration, online classes for my program were out of date and professor was inaccessible. Insufficient and inadequate lab training. Career support inadequate."
