"This is the worst school I have ever attended. They verbal abuse their students, and rumors of sexual relations with students that are most than true. This school is disgusting and the instructors don’t know what they are doing. They are rude and unhelpful for my professional career. I wish I never paid for this school or went here. Waste of my time and money. Do not go here."

"I had a very positive experience at Branford Hall in Southington. Instructors are excellent but have difficulty exercising their authority without being disrespected.Unbalanced cultural student body indicates quotas. You get out what you put into it."

"If I can give this school ZERO stars I would...First of all the administrators lur and harass you after inquiring about the school..They literally call you over and over until you come to the school ,they maniipulate you and tell you all these wonderful things about the school .God if I thought twice I would not me in the predicament I am now..So gullible me starts school and basically they have what they call MODULES and each module is 16 days, which is clearly not enough ..Once your done they make you fill out a million pieces of paper and sign all these agreements .. I send you our externship and most of the XO shipped dont even show you anything that you were supposed to learn in school there are extra ships with they want even show you anything .Im done almost 2 months now and I cant find a job nobody wants to hire anybody without working experience this is the worst school dont ever go here"

"Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. It's my greatest regrets attending this school. My time and energy all gone. What kind of bad luck is this? I successfully finished the written course but can't be placed for externship as promised. I have been waiting for 7month now but yet not been placed for externship. What is wrong with this school? I wish I had gone to a different school. This school have never fulfilled there promise,. I do not recommended no body to even dream of attending this school. Shame, shame and shame."

"Attended Bhall Brantford nights. The facilities are discusting went to bathroom across the street at McDonald's. During the summer A/C not working they would put fans in rooms. When winter came had to wear coats, hats and gloves to keep warm. Talk to administration and send email to ombudsmen they claim they fixed the guac, not so. I am convinced there is mold when it rains ceiling leaks ceiling tiles are water stained. Now for the curriculum, outdated, no hands on. Biggest waste of time and money. Do not go there, Senator Warren close this place down, this is your poster child for carrier school rip off."

"I started attending this school Feb 2017 , Input forth 100% and was on the deans list from april until starting my externship. I was hired after complete if my externship and you can't blame the school for your failure . You get what you put out. I will be graduating at the end of September and i am very proud of myself. Yes the school some updates and repairs , but that did not stop me from succeeding. I had Mrs. B, Ms. V is a sweet heart and she tries very hard to make it a warm enviormwnt for the students."

"Beware of BH. They are a fraudulent school. They fire instructors during class. They have excuses for everything. Before graduation I was told the last day of class if I did not give them my resume I could not graduate. They charge for lights and water."

"I decided to attend a school rather than to learn online as i am a person who needs guidance and support. Unfortunately i received very little of either while attending this school. The teachers give you the test questions and answers. There was no need to study. I received high marks in all my classes even though i didn't achieve all the objectives that was required. Despite receiving high marks in my coding classes, i still failed the CPC exam twice. A waste of time and money. I wish i could turn back time and attend a different school"

"I currently attend the jersey City campus and if this means anything to you its HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. If by any chance you might be looking for a good education this is not the place for you.If I didn't really inspire to become successful and not to allow anything to come in my way I would have been dropped out."

"My life is completely changed because of Branford Hall Career Institute in Southington. I just finished my externship, which yes, I did find myself. I got both certifications offered by the school, and am starting my new career next week. Some of the most caring teachers I have encountered, all of them helpful and passionate about me succeeding. I have heard the whining about how they don't help you, and about the drama among students. Yeah, this goes on if you get caught up in it. However, if you are intelligent enough to put your head down, go to class, DO your homework, trust me you can make it here. They bend over backwards to ensure you make up your hours so that you have enough to graduate. I defy you to go to a degree colloge and see that type of personal handling. This education experience is truly what you put into it. I guarantee the same people that complain would have the same experience at any institution they attend. You reap what you sow."

"Went to the Southington CT campus to study Computer Network Management. Should've just went to an online school. Laptops were out dated. They definitely build you up on false hopes. Was told a lot of hands on and class was all done on PowerPoint. Career services was definitely a joke asked for help on resumes and leads on jobs and got nothing in return. School is only about making them money and could careless about the students. Save your money and go somewhere else."

"Watch out! This is a For Profit school. All they care about is taking your money. I left at the end of the program with a debt of $8,000 and with no clue as to how to be a medical biller. Don't expect this "school" to prepare you for a job. It won't."

"The teacher who was the most u professional person I ever met read out of a book and 9.5 out of 10 times couldn't answer a question and this place is nothing but a waste of money. They screw up your clinical site more than the student does (if they even have a site for you which is more likely) they don't know anything about the testing and don't do anything to set a date which is a basic thing they should be able to do. They claim they help you get a job throughout your career yet I found my own job but they can't even do their own job and set a test date. Most useless institute I've ever come across"

"As far as information and the actual classes go, the program is good. The complete misrepresentation by the staff to get you to sign up is horrific. A relative of mine also attended the school and they told her the same things they said to me despite differing entrance exam scores. Truly, the worst part of the program is the unprofessional attitude of the instructors. Some are wonderful but others turn it into a junior high scenario of rumors and encourage and promote students to discuss other students when they aren't there. Complaints to the higher administration did nothing, denial and unprofessional behavior is rampant. The hours are rigorous but they do tell you that. The level of education you get for the cost isn't the best value, you can't transfer any credits to a real college, and out of the 40 or so people who started in my class, only approx. 7 of them finished the course. Nothing about it is easy. Even the parking is difficult, many of us had to drag wheeled suitcases through the snow in the winter because you have every class every day and need to bring all relevant books and materials. The basic premise of the school seems to be to churn as many students through a 9+ month course as possible, with daily quizzes and every other day tests with hours of nightly studying and homework in a relatively safe but socially childish and unprofessional environment with the aim of making as much money off of you as possible and then sending you on your way. It should also be noted that you do not have to purchase the course books from the school, that they can be purchased online or via other students, which they do not tell you and they do make you pay for all of your books up front, which is incredibly expensive. Some of the instructors are amazing, some of them treat the job as a joke. If you have the time and energy and you're willing to settle for a certification instead of degree, and are also willing to overpay to learn in a less than stellar academic setting but need to move your education along as fast as possible, this is the school for you. You certainly won't be an expert in your field but you will learn enough to hopefully get your foot in the door somewhere. No job opportunities were offered to me like initially promised, only unpaid internship experience, which was a graduation requirement, though you can find your own paying job and use a paid externship to fulfill that requirement. I personally have never recommended this school to anyone and never will. *Because of the length of time between attending the school and writing this review, please check any facts for yourself, as some policies at the school may have changed."

"If there were a rating lower then one star, no facility would be more deserving then Branford Hall. Told 2 weeks before "graduation" course is an intro to Med coding. Then take it off course title! Also, focus on billing aspect not coding since they do not offer coding certificate. Staff turnover was unbelievable. The math instructor couldn't even do basic math, what a joke. Earnings in this field start at min wage they lead you to believe starting wages are much higher. A lot of drugs being done on campus. After 6 yrs, still waiting for certificate!!!! If you enjoy waisting your time and money I highly recommend Branford Hall . I can't believe they are still in business."

"The facility at the Brandford hall in bohemia are terrible. there is no communication between instructors. in the beginning you are told one thing but once you sign up its a different story. I had a procedure done so I missed a day of class because of it. I was told that if I had a doctors note that I would be fine because its a real emergency. now when I go to hand in that note its not good enough and that I have to make up the hours because it wasn't considered emergency wise."

"I went to this school in Springfield ma. I busted my butt to get there everyday. And worked hard believing that when I graduated I'd have a good job. After I graduated. I didn't get a diploma or certificate. I didn't get a job. They said to look in the paper and go here. But every place wanted at least 2 years of experience. Other places heard you went to Branford hall and didn't even want to talk to you. It was a waste of time and energy. They told me I was getting financial aid and I wouldn't have to pay anything back cuz I had no income. Now I still have it on my credit report. I never received any bills or payment requests. So I'm in default for not making payments. I don't recommend this to anyone. They don't tell you the bad parts of going here. The only good thing we're the teachers. They were all great."

"I know that most reviews will complain about the school and how expensive it is and how they promis you a job but never follow through. I just have to say Branford hall is a Career college. not an employment agency. they help you with getting a job by perfecting your resume and critique your interview skills. I graduated from HEATING VENTILATION / REFRIGERATION, i AM 50 years old. it took me time but i took my experience from HVAC training . i decided to move to Florida to gain employment in Air conditioning I succeeded and took that experience up a level. I a now a maintenance supervisor in charge of a restoral facility for develop mentally disabled adults. , iI am in charge of all A/C units repairs, contractors, maintenance and service, along with general building repairs. If it wasn't for Branford hall I would of been out of work for 3 years. I learned in depth in lab. and theory. I ignored the drama and gossip. and focused on my studies and graduated with a B average. so you can do it. you have to put in to it and DON'T TREAT IT LIKE HIGH SCHOOL. IT IS CAREER TRAINING. LIKE A COMPANY would send you to advance in their company. " you get out what you put in. " you have to want it and be determined to make a commitment."

"I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking to find a career and start working immediately. I did learn a few things but I'm very blessed to have met wonderful people. I'm still not working in my filed but I'm very grateful for the experience. Try it but don't expect nothing in return."
