"I am very disappointed as a first year student. I was taking the M.A. degree and was very excited about starting school. When I started they knew I was pregnant and was told they would be able to work with me to continue to obtain my degree. Well I was put on bed rest Sept. 29th and was still going to class up until the middle of October. I was still turning in my work and keeping in touch with my instructors. 2 out of 3 of my classes I was still passing but the 1 I was failing was due to me not being able to be there to complete assessments. So when they started talking about withdrawing me from class, the 1 class I was failing, I could understand them wanting to withdraw me from that. But they wanted to withdraw me from all my classes even the ones I was passing. I asked for them not to do that because I would be discouraged to come back if I had to start from scratch after putting in so much work. And why should I if I'm still passing! Well I go to log into my portal just to find out that they withdrew me from ALL my classes when the semester ends Dec. 17th. I am so upset that I wasted my time, energy, and money going to this school when they don't have anything in place for women that's pregnant and has to be put on bed rest! That just took more money from my education that I could have used at another school that could have helped or had something in place for women in my situation. Instead I got bamboozled to start, instead of them just being honest and telling me to wait until after I have my baby because they don't have a system setup for pregnant women who may become high risk. So Women if your pregnant or pretty far in the pregnancy don't go here because they will not work with you!"

"I am truly sorry that I started this program at Bryant Stratton. This program is absolutely worthless and in my first and second semesters our class literally learned next to nothing. The instructors treat you very poorly. You will get put down and embarrassed in this "college." This has to be the biggest waste of money and time that I have thrown out the window in many years. What a total mistake. Do yourself a favor and apply anywhere else but here. This college is interested in taking your money (as it is a FOR-profit college) and throwing you under the bus when any little thing goes awry. You WILL be told that the instructors "Don't fail you. The students fail THEMSELVES." None of the course material is neither on track nor organized. My experience here has been an enormous disappointment. I would not recommend this college to my worst enemy. It's a total clown show."

"Alright where to start, so wanting to get a job in law enforcement. I knew I needed 1 year in college so I chose B&S location Albany, N.Y. walking into my first class noticed that all the desk seem to be falling apart chairs were hard as rocks and I thought I was in high school again. and cant forget all the pointless classes they make you take and spend hundreds of dollars on books that you don't even use. And when you purchase the books they tell you to get most likely they aren't even the right books for that class. they want you to buy the books though them so they can charge you more. so back to my main course. After studying everyday completing every homework passing the class with over a 90 I was so exited to pass this class with A average the final exam came.... I was stumped it seemed like the whole class was, finding out that Almost every question on the exam we didn't even learn in class so everyone failed the final exam and so everyone was upset that we worked our butts off and the teachers excuse was that we couldn't comprehend what we learned well he must've been right because he's a teacher and they know best. so completing every homework that involved writing a 5 page essay off of a paragraph in the book that was due everyday and the pointless classwork led to noting. so I wouldn't recommend the school to anyone looking to becoming anything law enforcement. i wouldn't even expect passing a class and flushing $30,000 down the toilet for the time I was there I could've went to a community collage and learned more and only spent 5000 so please do your research before you spend thousands of dollars on something that's gonna impact you life forever."

"This college is full of a bunch of scammers they scam people and to enrolling in the college giving him false information and then treat them like c*** the whole time they're there I passed all my classes with a good GPA and they still tried to put me on academic probation the school claims to have good student services and employment services which is false. The teachers were awesome which was a good part the only good part of the school. But anyone else at the school is just out to manipulate you to bring themselves money. Please do not let them scam you. The dean of the school is the worst of all of them acts like he's there to help you but doesn't care about you or anybody else is long unless you're putting food on his table they will turn their backs on you in a second and stab you right in the back anytime any chance they get."

"Do not go to Bryant and Stratton in Parma Ohio for the BSN program! The BSN program is worthless!!!! I hated every second, hated every class in the BSN program. I did not have any good experience in the BSN program. The teachers make everything more difficult than it has to be. The teachers all have side jobs, and those jobs are more important than teaching. No one gives you resources to succeed in the program. Many more have failed out than passed while I was at Bryant and Stratton BSN program at Parma. Make sure you read all of these reviews before you sign up for school, they will tell you the real story. If you go to the Parma campus for the BSN program, you'll regret it every day as I do."

"Going to Bryant and Stratton College in Parma was the worst experience of my life! Reading all of these reviews on this website and other websites, I don't know why I went here. If I had read all of these reviews, I would have never gone to this school for nursing! Most of the reviews on Bryant and Stratton especially for the BSN program at Parma are very negative, and you should consider them. I have had many of the same experiences as I see on here. The teachers in the BSN program have no heart; they do not care about your learning, nor their students. Some of the teachers in the BSN program will call you lazy and call you stupid. It is one of the most chaotic, judgemental and unprofessional environments a student can be in. I cannot stress to you as a future student enough to not go to Bryant and Stratton for Nursing in the bachelor's program. I regret my decision to come to Bryant and Stratton College for Nursing, and if you come here too, you'll regret it."

"Going to the BSN program at Bryant and Stratton in Parma is a complete joke! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!!! Worst experience I have ever endured. I hate everything about the BSN program at Parma campus. I can't tell you enough how awful I felt during my time at school. I did not enjoy any aspect of this school!"

"It's terrible it's no Good do there they charge you to much I was looking to start my career over but it was high going there they still are charging me for going there I can't get my financial aid back so I can an go to another college I'm trying to keep my cool"

"As i sit here on my unemployed a** I write this review. I graduated in 2016 the best in my class, highest hesi score in the county etc.etc.,while also having previous laboratory technician experience... you would think that I would have been set up perfectly for a job with all of that education, all those letters of recommendation, my wonderful LinkedIn page...I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A SINGLE JOB! and I have been a medical assistant for almost 3 years now... not one job, and I'm one of the best in the county! And yes to answer your question, that's me looking on my own, the recruiters on LinkedIn, and the people in Career Services all working together!!!! you would think I'd be able to get a job but no. 3 years with all these different tools and all these different people and Career Services, nothing has happened!!!! NO JOBS. I do not recommend this college. I do not recommend this programme! It is an utter waste of time, a waste of money, and so very very very damaging to your self confidence. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PROGRAM. Seriously... cuz I wish somebody would have warned me. I worked my a** off got on the Dean's List for nothing all for nothing.... just to sit around and collect Social Security and smoke. that's what my life is now... and i am also 50 something thousand dollars in debt!!! Perfect icing for a perfect cake."

"This is the worst decision I have ever made. If you want to do a BSN program, do not go the Bryant and Stratton in Parma Ohio. The director of the program is incompetent at her job. Dr. R is unorganized and unwilling to help the students in the program. The teachers are her puppets and do not teach anything. This school is incredibly unorganized, and you always feel like you are underprepared and rushing to get anything. To get simple information is a struggle. I genuinely believe some of the teachers in the program are trying to trick you on the tests and quizzes and I truly think their objective is to fail you. They tell you to just read the book, and if the whole class does poorly they blame it on the lazy students and they tell you to read the book. Most of the teacher do not email you back, yet tell you to not ask questions in class and tell you to email them after class. This is the worst experience in my life. I am in the BSN program at the Parma campus. I am in my 7th out of 8 semesters, and if I had it back, I would have never have come within 100 miles of this school. To give you an example of their incompetents, we have to take a math test before any clinical, their teachers cannot figure out the right answers, and when you tell them that they are wrong because they usually are, they don't even care. We had to go to the dean of the school to get anything done because Dr. R and her puppets cannot do simple math and do not care if you pass or not. Most of the staff is there to ruin student's lives and to get paid. Most of the teachers will just tell you that they don't have time to do stuff because they all work other jobs, but if you need a little flexibility with your work schedule, they don't care. I absolutely hate it at Bryant and Stratton in Param, and I wish I never started there. I feel overwhelmed not because of the material, but because of the disorganization at this school. I feel overwhelmed because it is so difficult to get simple answers from anyone. You feel like you are waiting for them to make your life decisions. This school is not flexible like the commercials say, it is just a waste of time. I am an A student (my GPA is 3.92), yet when I don't know questions on the quizzes or tests, they tell me I should read more. You can read for 40 hours a week; I am usually in my school work for about 25-30 hours each week, they will tell you that you do not work hard enough. There answer for their spotty work is that you are a lazy student and need to work harder. I think the director is rude and is unwilling/ uncaring to do her job. If you pick this nursing program, it will be the biggest mistake of your life as it is for me."

"Bryant and Stratton college has been the best experience of my life I just graduated in December 2017 with my associates degree as an administrator of medical assistant As a medical administrative assistant and am going on for my bachelors in Health care administration. My instructor's have been super helpful and I truly believe that your college experience is what you make of it."

"I was 44 finally raised my children, quit my job, and ready to be able to solely focus on what I had waited to do my whole life! I drove 1 hr and 20min daily and even longer to clinical each way. Was on the deans list. Received attendance certificates regularly. Our DON change 3-4 times while I attended BS. In 3rd semester I got had an almost flat tire exiting the Hwy 5 miles from school, stopped filled it, got to school 6 min late on exam day was denied that exam. A fellow student was 5 min late but given the exam. The 0 for that exam literally caused me to flail that class by 1%. My grade prior was that strong. I just had to suck it up and move on. Knowing all instructors just rescheduled students for missed exams was protocol, and another student had been late didnt make a difference in my appeal. 4th semester my grandson born premature at less than 3 lbs a week old was having seizures and we didnt know if he would survive.I was at my clinical site my last day of clinicals. I asked my preceptor if I could start early so I might leave early and I would also call instructor to request same, she was fine with that. When instructor arrived she gave me permission to leave early and later said she did not and I was accused of leaving my clinical site early without permission and being academically dishonest That meant 2 failed nursing classes and I was dismissed from the nursing program 3 weeks prior to completing 4th semester. I academically passed everything, I got Level 3 on ATIs. The DON sat across from the table and said I was a liar! I showed up to a full 8 hours of my clinical knowing the condition of my first born, and only grandchild as I took my education seriously and knew other situations of fellow students with this school and my previous experience. I was not going to just walk out of a clinical site. The instructor did finally admit she had given me permission to leave when I had proof, she had accidentally emailed me her own personal notes where she had written down the events of that day. However, when presented that I was then cited with a violation of having my cellphone on my person, and using it at a clinical site! I did have it, and I only used it outside on my break to text my instructor. The preceptor actually had me give my daughter the direct number to the room I was working in so I could be called in case of an emergency! The worst part was that the preceptor would discuss her personal relationships etc and was not very professional and I was a little Leary to speak with my instructor as some of the staff there knew my instructor for many years. In the end the preceptor who should have been writing weekly evaluations and did not, then stated I had not requested to leave early, and a few other thing on my final evaluation unfavorable to me. Now if I was doing poorly I would think, I would not have been allowed to administer medications, etc on my own as I had been doing and she would have brought some of this to someones attention prior to 2 was after my last clinical day? It was a huge conspiracy of people at the clinical site trying to cover the instructor who allowed me to leave then lied for fear of being caught lying and when I could prove she lied BS had to save face to hold on to that instructor so they made up another reason. I recorded my meeting with them. They were insulting, rude, and demeaning. I have never had a group of people try so hard to belittle me in my life. I had instructors in every other class I had taken there supporting me and were disgusted by this whole situation, however also fearful of losing their jobs due to who was in charge of the nursing program at that time. I have the financial ability to obtain legal counsel to file a lawsuit, however I am not that person. Now BS calls me on a regular basis to ask if I would like to take the LPN program? Really? $30,000 is an expensive life lesson to learn how cruel and dishonest people are in this world. However, I chose not to be a disgusting person, I have paid the majority of it and I hold my head high and my conscious is clear because I know I didnt do wrong and I do have integrity, morals, and ethics."

"Please do not attend this college or this program. Power points is all they use. We don't use the text books and all we did modules on LEXIS Nexis when the teacher knows this program and could have used it in the class room as visual learning. Waste of money. I will never use this degree because I did not learn a thing."

"I am currently going online and to be honest this school is too expensive smh I am having a issue with making up work because the bad weather we have been having lately I fell behind on some assignments my instructor just gave me a zero however I noticed other students fallen behind she is willing to work with them I am not happy at all and I feel like I have been overlooked. Go to a community college they are more understanding and willing to work with you."

"I loved the MA program at Bryant! I have heard reviews across the board, but my personal experience at Bryant was great. The instructors were very kind and informative. They were extremely helpful and actually care about your success. Of course there were courses that were difficult, but there was always someone there to help you. There were many tools as well to help. My time flew by and I graduated in August this year. I am continuing on for my BHA in November. There are many different learning styles that each instructors will use. Visual and hands on learning were definitely taught."

"This school will give you more stress, than it is worth. Bryant and Stratton Parma Campus BSN program is the worst decision I have ever made. The program director is the worst person I have ever meet. There are maybe 2 good nursing teachers and the rest are garbage. I feel like I have learned nothing all of my time here. It is the worst experience of my life. Mrs. D is one of the teacher in the biology departments and she is the best person and the best teacher in the whole world. I LOVE MRS. D!! Other than Mrs.D this school has been a complete wast of time. I usually do not read these kind of things, but I should have before I signed up. Nursing school is very tough and chaotic, but this school likes to take it to a new level. The clinical experience is good, but it is also chaotic. They are very unorganized and they are very carefree. No one really care if you get an education at all. The teachers are not in the right position to do their jobs, and they are set up to fail. If there are problems, the teachers cannot do anything, and the director dose not care. It seems like most of the teachers and especially the program director is just in it for the money. The nursing program had no interest in teaching or in education in general. The only reason you should come to this school is to visit Mrs.D. Other than that, you are wasting your time and money. I highly suggest you never ever ever ever come to this school, it will save you a lot of time, money and hassle; A lot of hassle!"

"I would NOT recommend going to this "college." This "college" is one huge joke because every semester the graduation date kept getting pushed back and the price to attend classes kept rising. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY going to this "college" because you will regret it in the long run. I am just glad that I came to my senses and removed myself from this "college.""

"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SCHOOL!! I attended for ONE semester, I couldn't take any more of it. The teachers are a joke, they don't teach they review things you've learned in middle and high school. The financial aid process is a SCAM! I really think they are keeping money that they receive from students loans and grants, and then try to pass it off as a "balance" that the student owes! BS stands for B******* because that's what this school is. A bunch of fraudsters who do not care about educating people just about taking their money!"

"B&S just takes your money. They tell you they will find an internship for you but you end up doing the work finding it. You don't use the textbooks at all. And basically, you can get a grade of an A without even trying, because apparently everybody does"

"From my first semester to my very last semester was HORRIBLE I honestly don't know where I found the strength to continue because so many times between the professors, the students, and the staff as a whole I experienced racism, slander, and discrimination. When I tried to report it I was treated as the one being "insubordinate" to use their words. I got an A in my med term class but failed it due to a project that I was never told was mandatory in order to pass the class. it's funny because even though the same teachers work at both campuses their entire personality changes depending on which campus you go to. The faculty gossips about the students in the staff lounge, they show favoritism when students ask for help of clarification on a paper/project. When I was in my final semester doing my internship a professor from the college was working there and this staff brought DRAMA to the internship site bringing up past situations that should not have even been mentioned and had we been in the actual work world (which they were but I was not being that it was just an internship) that was illegal and they could/should have cost/lost their job. What they taught us in the classroom was NOT what was on the CMA EXAMS!! I repeat WHAT THEY TAUGHT US IN THE CLASSROOM WAS NOT WHAT WAS ON THE CMA EXAMS!!! On the exam there were many questions (almost half the exam to be exact) that were asking us to give a diagnosis of the patient which everyone who studies medical assisting KNOWS that is against the law for us to give a diagnosis being that it is OUT OF OUR SCOPE OF PRACTICE!!! F****** JOKE AND NOT WORTH THE 35,000 DOLLARS Just go to community college you will get your money's worth there."
