"NCU was a really incredible school. The small class sizes and personal relationships I was able to build with my professor made a huge impact on my education and experience there. It makes it so much easier to go to class when you know your professors personally and know that they care about you. It also helped me so much after a graduated because I was easily able to ask for letters of recommendation and unlike if I had gone to a larger university, these letters were personal and individual because they knew me. You will never just be a number at NCU. The campus is small but beautiful. Eugene is such a fun town and the people are really incredible."

"The Communication department is fantastic. Its incredibly difficult, but Doyle Srader (Professor and Head of the department) was the best professor I have ever had. Engaging, understanding, and incredibly tough. The entire student body is fewer than 1000 students (including online, adult degree students, and graduate students) so the community is small and family-like. There are fun events every week, but very few clubs. The campus is small but very beautiful, and its right in the exciting hub of University of Oregon."

"I loved it. They were easy to work with, the classes were challenging, engaging, yet still relatable to my career field. Also, they were very willing to work with my military G.I. Bill program."

"Northwest University's MBA Program features a schedule that works for working professionals, professors with real world experience, and a cohort model with a diverse student population. In my cohort, there are 8 nationalities represented. I will graduate not just with an MBA but with a deeper, richer understanding of the world."

- Degree: School Counseling
- Graduation Year: 2018
"The program I am in is focused on K-12 school counseling in a public institution. This program is part of the education and teaching program, so many of the staff and professors were teachers rather than school counselors. The curriculum was relatively easy and I was able to work full time while attending school. I liked the class schedule because all classes began after 5:00 pm, and I liked the mix of online and in-person classes. I enjoyed having a cohort of students who went through the program with me."

"Northwest Christian offers diverse options for graduate education at rates that are highly competitive with nearby public institutions. The school's size allows for a greater level of interaction between students and faculty even through online programs. There is a strong desire throughout the NCU academic community to provide opportunities for all students during and after completion of programs."
