"Great program for those interested in applied history - museum work, public programs, etc. But hard to find a job that will pay off student loans. Also high degree of favortism among faculty - get on their good side early and let them direct your research and internship. If you want to come up with your own research, you might have trouble with faculty support."

"Central CT State University has flexible schedules that is great for working students. Also the amount of extra help available is great. The complaint is that the work load is extremely difficult to keep up with especially if you have a full time job."

"Plenty of support from faculty who only want you to understand the information the best you can. The students are passionate about the work that they are learning which is great. I wish there was more time to go in-depth about the material. But the professors are amazing with the time given. Transportation is great for those who cannot drive or wish to commute to campus. As for costs, books are a little costly and so is food on campus. It is better to buy books used and supplies elsewhere. Also, it's better to eat at home or bring food to class so that you are not wasting money."

"They only have classes after 4pm, so I wish they have classes in the mornings or noon. But overall, instructors are all very nice and supportive."
