"Charter College Lacey campus is a rip off. If you want to go to school to get training in the HVAC field, go elsewhere. We get most of our training from YouTube videos. The Hands-on portion of this training consists of recovering refrigerant, that’s it. The equipment is brand new, the instructor is afraid of breaking it so he avoids working on them all together. We ask for information from the “campus president” Dr. Bruce, he answers all of our questions with, “we’re working on it”. He is not fit to look over the HVAC training, he should stick with the MA program. This campus NEEDS to stop this program now. They’re taking advantage of people enrolling that’s seeking a new career. Dr. Bruce keeps bringing guys in to the program, we had over 20 people in the class with 3 split systems and two walk in refrigerators(which we worked on twice), do the math. We got next to zero hands on training. Worst experience in my life. Take my advice, save your money and go somewhere else for training."
