"The major pro of most of the programs at CST is the quality of the teachers. The school has managed to assemble some of the most brilliant, talented, and passionate minds in their perspective fields within theology. Most of all, these professors are sincerely vested in the success of the students they teach. They care. I'm not sure the same can be said for the school's administration, apparently a growing problem in colleges and universities everywhere. Upper-management is often oblivious to core issues and problems, and often it takes a fair amount of extra effort to get them to notice."

"The faculty at the Claremont School of Theology is superb and accessible. For a small school the use of technology is outstanding. Situated in a southern California college town, CST offers beautiful surroundings and plenty of coeds. Financial aid for students is hard to come by and housing is quite expensive for anyone in the area."

"The fact that they GENUINELY welcome EVERYONE of any creed, background, sexuality, color, culture, etc. is admirable. This is the definition of a world-class seminary."

"The Graduate Program at Claremont School of Theology allow for opportunities to work in the non-profit sector as well as in diversity jobs. They train the student to think critically, live ethically, and function in a justice oriented manner. This is one school that is worth investing in."

"Overall, the school provides you with a great opportunity to hone your skills. By requiring that each Masters student complete an internship, students graduate with real world experience."

"It would be a better program if it had more money for faculty additions and student scholarships/stipends (to bring it closer to par with comparable top-tier east coast institutions). In my program, the faculty and instruction are very conducive for creative and meaningful student research projects."
