"Cleary University is a local private university that has been around for a very long time and is well established. I thought most of the professors were excellent. There were one or two professors that I thought were less than good, but every school has bad teachers. Cleary's tuition includes the text books and they locked in the tuition rate as long as you were an active student. So my text books just showed up a week or so before the next class, but I did have take classes during the summer but it is well worth it. I was an adult student and every class was on-line except for one and that was my choosing. The on-line classes are just as hard, or easy, as in-class room versions, but you can set your schedule as needed. I am a happy alumni that is proud to be a graduate...."

"Cleary University has an outstanding online offering for working adults. The teachers are professional and available. Every teacher I learned under was working in the field and brought that experience to the class. I am considering another degree with Cleary University."

"This college was good only for getting a piece of paper. They never helped me get an internship, let alone a job after graduating. Now 3 years later I sit with 2 bachelors in accounting as a receptionist. I would deter anyone from attending this university."

"I love Cleary University's MBA program. I am halfway through the 2 year program working towards my degree of Business Management. Cleary has allowed me to work with professional faculty that teach from their experiences as well as give you the tools and knowledge to succeed. The educational experience transcends the spectrum of usefulness from your everyday life to working as a manager in a Fortune 500 company. The instructors tell you exactly what you need to know in order to succeed in the program and are accessible. One of the biggest misconception of Online degree programs is that they are easier then on-campus programs. For my undergraduate degree, I went to Eastern Michigan University and had experience with on-campus programs. I find the on-line experience to be much more difficult as it teaches you to balance your time and personal life in such a way that work/school/life become intermingled. This allows for the individual to be successful in stressful situations, become more organized and handle the on-the-go business of managing a large company or organization. You also have a network of individuals from various different backgrounds to work with and understand their strengths and weaknesses. On team projects, you feel as if you are a part of the new organizational model working on a project within your own company. Essentially you are removing all of the driving back and forth to campus and focusing on the project and the process which brings concepts together much more clearly then listening to a more traditional lecture. The drawback to Cleary would be that there is no campus where professors have office hours and thus you are cut off from being a part of the university. You are a professional receiving degree level courses but you dont feel as if you are a student going from class to class and participating in the social side of education. Individual students do connect with you and sometimes formulate "after hours" functions to meet and greet your fellow student. The instructors at Cleary are passionate about their subject and work with students to ensure that concepts are understood and deadlines are met. Initially I had thought that a degree from Cleary would be of less value because I did not need to take the GMAT in order to be enrolled but, the quality of the instruction and courses has changed my entire outlook to online education and I feel has better prepared me for future success."
