"The teachers were great, but the school system needs to be more organized. They need to organize for one to get their credentials immediately after school. The worst thing was the cost. One is left with hefty loans with nothing to show for it. It is not worth it!"

"My experience with Concorde was absolutely horrible. First, my whole entire class failed the test twice, we were given incorrect study guides and studied them for a whole month and not one question was on it. We had to prick and take blood from each other, which was not said in orientation. The person over the program and our teacher had the nastiest attitude towards us after we failed the first time and we had to beg for a retake. We took a BLS class, they spelt my name wrong on the card and it hasn’t been fixed in a year! Waste of 1,300$, please go somewhere else. You will waste your money on unprofessionalism. Also my mother and I had to wait 6 months to get our diplomas and they never sent it to our house, we had to drive up there in person and beg for it to be given to us."

"My husband was enrolled in the PTA program and they canceled the entire curriculum the day before he was to start. If you're serious about your future don't bother with Concorde. They clearly knew before the start of classes that they would be doing away with the program. They do not care about their students at all."

"I dedicated myself to the Expanded Functions Dental Assistant program, excelled in my externship, and yet face this significant hurdle in securing employment. It speaks volumes about my capabilities and perseverance that I successfully completed such a demanding program and thrived in a real-world setting. The disparity I'm experiencing as a young Black male in the dental field, despite me getting my qualifications, is a serious issue that deserves attention. It highlights the systemic biases that can unfortunately still exist within hiring practices. My situation underscores the need for greater equity and inclusion within the dental profession, ensuring that opportunities are truly accessible to everyone who has the skills and dedication. While my journey to employment may be proving challenging, I refuse to let this diminish my accomplishments. My qualifications and successful externship are testaments to my hard work and potential. I will keep advocating for myself, and hopefully, the right opportunity will emerge that recognizes my talent, commitment, and eagerness to start my EFDA journey."

"Overall, the program was very unorganized, leading to a lot of confusion and disruptions. However, I greatly appreciated my teacher, Mr. Walker, whose dedication and support played a key role in helping me pass both of my board exams. He consistently stepped in to ensure a smoother process, whereas students in other classes—who didn’t have the benefit of his guidance—seemed to struggle significantly. The management of staff needs improvement to create a more structured and effective learning environment."

"The Vocational Nursing School promised the nursing students an updated clinical nursing lab over 1 year ago. The lab has not been updated in over 6 years and continues to have broken, non functioning mannequins and equipment or lack of equipment and supplies for educational purposes. I’m beginning to suspect that the reason why the school does not purchase supplies or update their the equipment used for the education of their vocational nursing students is because the majority of the student body who attend this career school are minorities. Question for the owners of Concorde-do you not feel the need to improve your nursing clinical lab because you are in the business of recruiting minority student’s and you suspect they don’t deserve the best even though you are accepting government financial aid? The ISD have better labs and funding-so let’s push for more resources and funding for ISD high schools to offer more career based education-like vocational nursing, clinical nursing assistant courses-take the monetary gain out and the proprietary career schools will either improve or discontinue their poor performing educational tracks. Come on Texas-offer the Junior Colleges more resources to educate more future nurses-removing the need for career colleges to offer vocational nursing tracks."

"Dr. Verba, Dr. Karapetyan and Dr. Berchenko, are award winning Physical Therapy educators for their unparalleled knowledge, absolute dedication and commitment to their student body. I was blessed to be a part of their Oct. 2021 graduating class at the North Hollywood Campus. The superior preparation l received from these aforementioned prestigious Doctors was obvious when entering clinical experience. l became aware of the superior preparation l recieved when comparing the education they provided with those of students from other Physical Therapy Assistant programs. I cannot Thank them enough for the education l received as they truly prepared me to succeed in this profession. I would highly recommend this program to any prospective student who is willing to put forth the effort and dedication required to make a positive impact on the lives of their future patients."

"Absolutely terrible school! The instructors only care about the money and half of them don't even know what teaching is. We were expected to learn by only reading a textbook. The instructors don't explain the labs and expect you to just automatically know what you are doing and how to do it. I regret wasting the money and time on this school. Would not recommend it to anybody."

"I am in the Surgical Tech program and I enjoy it. Kathrin is amazing, anytime I need help she's always available. Krista and Kelly has helped me with things I struggled with and has always been there for me. I couldn't have gotten this far without them. I'm so happy I chose this program. It's like family here and I would definitely recommend this program to anyone who's interested."

"Trash school to be honest I’m doing the externship part and during the 3 months we didn’t have any on hand training even though they said we would during orientation and our teacher wasn’t even a SP she was a sterile tech so she didn’t really know anything about the questions we asked and the staff is super rude and they are very unorganized they would tell us one thing and the next day they would say something else I spent almost 3,000 and I feel like it wasn’t really worth it :("

"Don’t let these reviews stop you from perusing this school. Granted I’m just finishing my first term, but I am BEYOND happy with my education so far. My teacher keeps us very well informed and engaged the entire class. He offers tutoring if you feel like you can’t quite grasp what you’re learning and we are constantly being taught information that we need to know for our boards when we graduate. I see in a lot of these reviews that they just want your money and don’t care about your education, I don’t know about the other campuses but when it comes to the San Bernardino campus we are only allowed to miss 10% of the term to pass, they make sure you are actually there and getting what you paid for. I also had two family members graduate and now work for Kaiser making an above decent salary. I’ll come back and leave another review when I graduate 👩🎓"

"Mrs. Smith is incredible, even though she is to some "Tough" she only want the best for her students, her motto should be "If I can do it, you CAN too!'' I was nervous at first, after meeting my instructors I feel as if I can FINISH this. I love it here"

"I am in my 4th term of the medical assistant program, and I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone. The ONLY reason why I'm choosing to finish is because I'm more than halfway through the whole program (there are 6 terms and then externship), and I want to reach the personal goal I set for myself. However, not only is the workload extremely heavy, the online portion of it has a number of glitches in it that have very negatively affected my grade point average, AND IT'S NOT MY FAULT. What is the point in busting my behind to complete the online work when the computer program they use prevents me from doing so? And it's a problem that happens repeatedly. McGraw Hill is the company they use to put the online work together, and I was informed by a staff member that it's just a bunch of computer programmers piling a bunch of work onto the syllabus. They're not even healthcare workers themselves. THEY'RE I.T. And they can't even do THAT right because IT'S THEIR PROGRAM'S FAULT that I can't make the "A" I want to make. And I have brought this issue up time and time again, only to be told that I need to make up the work that I am prevented from doing on time through no fault of my own. It keeps me behind schedule. And the staff acts like the president is some kind of royalty to protect peasants from, as much as they discourage the students from reaching out to her when they aren't correctly addressing our issues. I'll give myself a pat on the back once I'm finished with the whole program. Especially because I've never had such a hard time academically anywhere else. And that's because I've never experienced the educational institution itself being the very reason I'm not as successful as I want to be from beginning to end. I HIGHLY suggest that Concorde fix their online glitches. Otherwise, how can they claim to want students to be prosperous when a great deal of their work and grades are hindered by the school's computer program? It makes no sense. I recommend people go a different route for their healthcare careers. Save yourselves the headache of attending a school that more or less treats students like merchandise on a conveyor belt that's about to be loaded onto a truck for shipping, all because they simply want our money. I'm fed up with Concorde. And I'm at the newest building on Corondolet Drive! I wish we could leave a review with 0 stars."

"My experience at Concorde Career College Dallas (CCCD), Vocational Nursing (VN) , was excellent and i will surely miss all the staff and students during my time there. At CCCD VN, I achieved excellent career counseling, development and ultimately a diploma. My cohorts were treated with respect and consideration, we were groomed to portray high professional conducts, such as being calm, compassionate and gentle, which suits and befits the VN career pursuit. The instructors are seasoned and EXCELLENT nurturing the career seed in the students until it fully blossoms. There was selflessness in the drive to ensure that No student lacked the equal opportunity to knowledge, even if it meant staying back to tutor for free. . . . THIS IS UNPARALLELED to any other institute i know! The VN department has multiple labs, fully furnished with multiple equipment and smart mannequins for skills practice and acquisition we had a swell time there. . . . :) I cease this opportunity to shout out my wonderful DON (Tiffany Havard), My instructors :prof. Averet, and Most especially Mrs Sandra Williamson. Thank you all for believing in me, tutoring me after school and encouraging me so much, because of you all I will always be thankful that i chose my VN career at the CCCD. OmaVN 20."

"Don’t waste your time here… this school is a joke and they intentionally take advantage of failing students and forcing them to repeat… they don’t teach you well, all the students here cheat and get away with it while the students that bust their behinds get treated poorly, the instructors don’t know what they’re teaching, staff drops like flies, and this school does not do things by the book.. they make up their rules as the please"

"I graduated with a 4.0 and was very excited to start my career as a dental assistant. However, the graduate advisors sat on their hands and never helped me gain employment. Everywhere I went, I was told I needed a minimum of 2 years of experience of which I had only gained my internship hours and the Dentist I completed them with was not hiring. The graduate counselor I was assigned to told me I was pretty much on my own. A school I was hoping would be my stepping stone into a better career ended up being my biggest regret. I would advise for others to attend another school completely after researching its reliability of graduate counselors."
