"Not great. Inflexible professor. Feedback was not heard by professor or director despite many students complaining. Technical problems meant points lost due to issues outside of student control and an impossible weekly meeting place also due to technical problems. As a result all communication had to go through email and professors would not always communicate back within the week. Feedback on assignments given weeks later but by then you have lost points on what you've done wrong over the last few weeks. Would have been helpful if there was someone on staff at the skills lab on campus to help us with acquiring new skills. Essentially they were giving us a checklist of what to do but no tips on how to do it. I essentially googled a lot of it myself. I would have expected this from a school that charges $8000 in tuition but not from a program that charges $20,000 tuition. Sorry but not worth the money."

"This Hazing program is absolutely bad. All but one instructor was actually reading our papers, but all of them just looking for chances to cut points due to a stupid comma or indentation. The whole program was terrible, many mistakes, some really really nasty educator, no need to mention names, but she is absolutly terrible. I have done so much work for this program because I wanted to learn how to become a principal and all I learned "how much I am a failure because I forgot to indent something, or write something in bold font" . I graduated with 3.97GPA,, almost all the points I lost were either because group members didn't do their work, or because there was a comma missing here or there" I have no ideas if my answers were correct or not, did I make the right connections....etc."

"I joined the program and I was eager to learn to become an administrator. I found myself lost. Starting with no orientation about the use of the portal and I missed on assignment on the first week because I didn't know they existed. Then I found out that there is barely any teaching happening. The assignments that are given on the first two week of the course are just crazy. They ask you to work on assignments as if you have been working as an administrator already for years while you are on the first two weeks of program. Professors so far gave no feedback about the assignments, they are just happy to cut points because of spacing and APA format with no attention or feedback about the work you did. So, I am not sure if they are not teaching during the very very few classes that are mostly wasted on unnecessary information that they share that had nothing to do with preparing us for the educatinal roles, no feedback on assignmnets, then why am I taking this course and paying all that money? to study by myself? i could have done that without paying all this money. I would never every recommend this program for anyone. If I can drop out right now without losing the money I paid, I would that in a heart beat. Be aware people. research and ask before you enroll."

"Never having attended an online degree program, I had serious reservation about receiving a graduate level education without a physical classroom and campus. From day, one I have been impressed with the level of communication from the admissions counselors, directors, and the professors. All of the course work and syllabi criteria are thorough and clear. The discussion topics are helpful and the students take them seriously offering quality feedback to papers written or ideas proposed. I would recommend this program to anyone looking for a career in Athletics Administration and Coaching."

"My degree program includes excellent instruction and a great personal experience for it being majority online. I can interact with my classmates and professors with ease and feel I have access to their support when needed. If an on campus program isn't an option for you, I highly recommend their online programs."

"When I thought about going back to school I thought I needed and wanted to sit in class to get the full absorption of curriculum and support from the instructor, but I quickly found out my life didn't support attending classes and that Concordia Univ. had a degree program that was perfect for me. I returned back to school as a full-time kindergarten teacher and single mother of a 2 year old and 6 month old; needless to say I needed a degree program I could achieve my goals from home. Concordia has provided the rigor and opportunities for learning and networking I will need to be successful. They have very supportive instructors and staff. Overall, I feel that it was the perfect fit for me and best of all it is a Christian faith university, so I even got to learn how to lead with Christian values in mind & heart!"

"The professors that I have had thus far, have been very helpful in my pursuing this degree. The have been helpful in making sure that I understand the assignments (especially since I am an online student), and they always get back to me in a timely manner. The interaction with the other students is somewhat limited, because of the online nature of the class. It is an excellent program, you will definitely grow in your professional and personal lives."

"The Masters of coaching and athletic administration degree option allows individuals to pursue a higher degree while still working. You have the option to take courses solely online or hybrid and the thesis has a related course every semester to help you not get behind."

"I appreciate having the ability to continue working and care for my family while pursuing my dreams. The faculty are absolutely great. They understand that there is a life outside of the program that doesn't always go smoothly. I really can't speak on behalf of the campus because I have yet to visit it. I do hope to have the time and money to take at least one course on campus. The only con I see is career support. While all the courses are practical and relevant, there is no support to actually find a job."

"This program is great because it caters to all of its students. The online courses make the program accessible to anyone. They also offer on campus classes if you feel you learn better that way."

"Pros: Very short program, lots of staff support, focus on useful skills and practical experience. Cons: mostly online classes rather than face-to-face, difficult to work and complete this degree program at the same time, cost."

"The pros of the MCAA program are that it can be done completely online. it is specific to my fields of interest and what i want to do. The cons are the lack of scholarships available for graduate students."
