"I loved my time at Concordia! It is a place that sees you as a person with a story and opinions that matter in the classroom. Because it is such a small school, you are able to get to know the faculty and staff that work for Concordia. The classroom environment was always a time of growth, and deep theological discussions. It is a Lutheran campus, but Concordia welcomes varying opinions. I enjoyed that different varieties of chapel were offered each day, but you were never forced to go. Concordia is young, but has a legacy of school pride that matures the campus. It is still growing and changing, but the leaders and administrators are truly incredible and want to see the school let for years to come."

"Not great. Inflexible professor. Feedback was not heard by professor or director despite many students complaining. Technical problems meant points lost due to issues outside of student control and an impossible weekly meeting place also due to technical problems. As a result all communication had to go through email and professors would not always communicate back within the week. Feedback on assignments given weeks later but by then you have lost points on what you've done wrong over the last few weeks. Would have been helpful if there was someone on staff at the skills lab on campus to help us with acquiring new skills. Essentially they were giving us a checklist of what to do but no tips on how to do it. I essentially googled a lot of it myself. I would have expected this from a school that charges $8000 in tuition but not from a program that charges $20,000 tuition. Sorry but not worth the money."

"Concordia University Irvine obtains a curriculum that challenges the mind while allowing students to explore new interests. Professors offer additional in-class assistance and flexible office hours to ensure the student's academic success. The Healthcare Management Program educated me on the recent trends of Healthcare, how to resolve difficulties and develop new strategies in a Healthcare setting and the value of collaborating with classmates. I recommend this school to those who wish to further their education in a hands-on environment that will enhance one's learning experience."

"As a single mother going back to school to attain a graduate degree, Concordia University made it easy for me with the flexible hours and the off-campus locations they offer. I am employed full-time so the evening hours were perfect for my schedule as well as the location site of my cohort. The instructors have all been very supportive and available to all of my educational needs. The staff at Concordia has also been helpful in quickly answering all of the complex questions I had. Concordia is the perfect fit for me!"

"Pros: The MBA program is flexible enough that I can balance family life, working full-time and going to school. The class size is small which enables everyone in the class to participate. The faculty brings their experience in their respected fields into the classroom. I can tailor my degree to my specific focus, in my case entrepreneurship. The courses are fast paced but well worth the time. Cons: None"

"My graduate program is a great way to develop myself and challenge both as a student and previous athlete. I started MBA to continue with my business education as I got BA in Business. Concordia's MBA program works well with my schedule and offers that flexibility. I work hard during the day, and I go to classes at night, and professors are always there for me if I have any questions. I have two more semesters to go, and I hope I will continue to have success in finishing my program and that the program will help me reach my goals in my career."

"As an International MBA student I was expected to receive more support from the school to find job and internship but they are were not helpful. They should have more events like career fair and guest speakers and other programs for graduate students. there is not enough resources for grad students. The campus is beautiful and professors are good. overall the quality of education is good."

"I started my MBA in March 2013. I am an international Student from Canada and recently relocated to Irvine to do my MBA. The school has a very beautiful campus and class sizes are small and that allow you to connect with your professors. The professors are great, they are highly knowledgeable and helpful and they help you to achieve your academic goal. The only thing that I am disappointed is there is no career fair, no networking event and Alumni and the career center is only for undergraduate students. I wish there was greater resources for graduate students specially MBA program requires strong Alumni, job fair, career centre. I wish the school had resources in connecting students with firms and companies."

"The school has a low student/teacher ratio which results in more one on one time with the instructor. This graduate school is affordable making it desirable. The only thing about this school is it doesn't seem challenging enough. I worked harder in my undergraduate studies than I am at graduate school."

"Concordia - Irvine may be a small school, but they have big dreams. The Masters in International Education is one of the most intensive and incredible programs on the market. Students not only take a full workload, but are placed in a teaching situation in China to obtain hands-on experience. At the end of the day, the program is what you make of it. The school has an office in China with several staff members who are able to help, but as a Graduate student, you also need to be able to fend for yourself. It's a long way from home, but the experience is invaluable as if give you substance to add with the education. Strong students can complete the program in a year, which is nice as well. It's an adventure worth taking!"
