"Pros: - challenging courses. - Professors always available. Cons: -little support for Muslims community (no Halal food in the university dining rooms, prayer room is so small,....etc)"

"Graduate students in my program at Cornell are very fun in addition to being motivated. The atmosphere is generally collaborative rather than competitive, and the professors are very helpful and often available. Ithaca is beautiful and has great restaurants, but it is pretty inconvenient to get to and from."

"Cornell has a very good MEng program in electrical engineering, in what it lets you design your very own agenda, which is convenient for your future career plans. I am learning a lot and enjoying all my classes. The existing facilities and multiple sports clubs make it easier to meet other people and make friends."

"The Electrical Engineering program at Cornell University is well-supported and well-recognized for the quality experience and education it provides to its students. The students themselves are engaged and find their way to their passion within Electrical Engineering to complete their PhD. The social life of students is quite alive, though Ithaca is a small town - especially during the winter when it's cold! The faculty are also generally accessible and approachable, though they can be quite busy and hard to get a hold of at certain times of the year! Graduate school here is quite difficult, but if a graduate degree is something you want and something you're willing to work hard for, this is a rewarding place to work for it."
