"The things I liked about DelVal were the small campus size, giving everything a tight-knight community feel. Despite the small campus, it is still a very diverse environment, and you can meet many different kinds of people, engage in clubs and activities, and go to events. It is kind of a "niche" school catering to many agriculture, animal science, and pre-veterinary majors. If that's your thing, you are bound to find a group of friends that you fit into, and find clubs or activities on campus that interest you. Academics were wonderful; I learned so much from expert, qualified professors in their fields who made me excited to learn. I had internships and hands-on experiences that helped me pursue my career. I overall had a great experience at DelVal and I look back on my college years very fondly. The only things I didn't really like were: the cost - I'm going to be paying off debt for a long time; the dining hall food could be improved; and the location was kind of "in the middle of nowhere" so if you didn't have a car you were kind of stuck. However, DelVal does a great job of offering frequent trips for students and there's also a train into Philly and bus into nearby towns."

"uncooked food, limited meal swipes, classroom setting are not hands on, mold in dorms, some professors could not care if you have accommodations, they say classroom ratio is 13:1.. lies, online courses have no instructor so you have to teach yourself"

"I think my degree program is really strong. The professors are extremely accommodating to adult students. The program is also extremely flexible with a students schedule. The really nice thing about this school and their program is that with an undergraduate degree they offer the 4+1 program. This means that before finishing a B.S. you are able to take MBA classes that will count towards both degrees. Following undergrad, you simply just move into the full MBA program without having to take any entrance exams, GRE."

"Delaware Valley University provides excellent opportunities to learn hands on skills from professionals in the field you are studying. I was fortunate enough to incredible staff and faculty that were able to provide one on one tutoring during office hours. This is just one of the biggest perks of attending a small, private college. I studied large animal science, with a focus in Equine Science and Management. the degree program itself provided a significant portion of hands on study in the barn with stallions, mares, foals, and weanlings, as well as opportunity to learn about the standardbred racing industry. I had full time employment opportunities lined up before I even graduated, and ended up working for a standardbred breeding farm for several years prior to moving to Arizona and changing career fields. If agriculture is your passion, DVU is your school!"

"Delaware Valley University is a great school with small class sizes and hands on experience. I recommend this school if you are going for a science and agricultural degree. It was great for science labs because they had small class sizes and professors were very accessible outside of the classroom. I felt that the staff and faculty had a personal investment in my future."

"The Equine Business Management program was a fantastic move for me. I have gotten a promotion at work and a raise since my graduation. I have learned a ton of different skills at school, and I will never regret it. The only disappointment I had was how expensive it was."
