"The graduate program at DePaul is amazing however, it is quite expensive. Nonetheless, the experience is incredible!"

"Depaul university, College of Computing and Digital Media is one of the best in computer science and predictive analytics with many high level professors and lots of facilities. I would say, computer science and data analysis at DePaul is among the best in the U.S."

"I learned leadership through several senior projects. These projects required me to move out of my comfort zone and push me to exceed in areas such as relationship building, leadership courage and ultimately resulting in a sucessful group project. The experience that I gained translated to my profressional work life as well as home life."

"I attended the DePaul University's School of New Learning (SNL) graduating in 1995 with a degree in Counseling. This program is very well organized and helpful to working adults like myself obtaining a college degree. I worked full time and went to school full time, which was a challenge timewise, but the schools flexible class schedules and the ability for me to create my own portfolio of classes enabled me to get my degree. I was able to get credit for close to 2 years of school through my prior work experience so I saved both time and money on my way. I customized the remaining required classes to match my major, counseling mixing regular DePaul classes during the day and SNL classes at night and on the weekend. Overall the experience was very positive for me."

"The program is geared towards people switching careers. While I am not switching careers, it is very nice having the flexibility to take night classes while working full time. The workload balance is challenging, but doable even with a fulltime job. I value my education at DePaul a lot."

"At the time I applied for the MPS program, I was working for a non-profit. The degree helped us with review of current practices and also helped as I went on to establish my own non-profit. Very practical application of coursework to career and writing my thesis was likely the most important educational experience that I had. DePaul's values and location in the City if Chicago makes it a special place (note that I also completed my undergraduate degree there as well)."

"I found it very easy to immerse myself in the diversity of educational programs available in DePaul University. The Academic Support workshops helped me learn techniques to study and take exams in the current environment. This was invaluable for a student who last sat in a college hall in 1987. In fact, I was so happy with DePaul, that I have applied and received acceptance to return for a 2 year JD program to enable me take the Illinois bar."

"I think a few of the best pros for me is that the teachers are professionals in the industry and bring in guests speakers who are also currently professionals which allow us as grad students opportunities to network while in the program. For me location is also important as I do not have a car. Having a downtown location and evening hour classes help as I also work full time and am unable to take classes during the day. So far, I have enjoyed my program, although it has been a little difficult working full time and being a full time student."

"DePaul is a great school due to the major that is offering. My major is not taught in many schools in the U.S. I study Human-Computer Interaction, and DePaul has professional professors that teach this major. The only cons of this school is financial aid for international students. I love my major and school and really like to finish my studies in DePaul but I have some financial problems and haven't been able to get any help from school."

The only cons is the lack of financial aids and scholarships which I really need to continue my studies."
